In a breaking segment, Chanel Rion revealed on her show, The Fine Point, that Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) may face the same investigation for mortgage fraud that is currently being conducted by the Woke New York Attorney General, Letitia James.
For context, the FBI case against James originated from a criminal referral issued last month by Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte, who wrote a letter alleging that she had committed mortgage fraud by lying about her husband and personal residence to secure favorable mortgage terms.
In any case, Chanel Rion made the revelation on her show, The Fine Point, where the One America Network (OAN) hardly criticized the controversial senator. She said, “Veteran investigators Christine Bish and John Stubbins filed an ethics complaint last week alleging that Adam Schiff committed fraud and perjury by declaring both his homes in California and Maryland as his primary residence.”
Continuing her analysis, Rion explained that, “[He may be guilty of] violating state and federal laws. So they say. Now, many lawmakers keep a place in Washington, especially if they represent a state from far away, like shift does, but only one of their homes can be considered their primary residence.”
Explaining the details of the alleged scheme, she added, “And if you’re a lawmaker, your primary residence must technically be in the District you represent, makes sense. But if you keep two primary residences, you are able to manipulate the system to get lower mortgage rates, and this is exactly what Bish and Stubbins allege.”
Providing vital context, she said, “This story emerges as Schiff runs for the US Senate against a backdrop where California homelessness has hit record highs and the cost of living has driven Californians out. The ethics complaint lists apparent discrepancies and Schiff’s voting record, where Schiff claims both homes in Maryland and California as primary residences between 2002 and 2013, the hypocrisy is clear.”
Blasting the California democrat for his blatant hypocrisy, Rion added, “Just this year, Adam Schiff’s Democrats pushed Robert F Kennedy Jr off the ballot in New York over his debates about his various residences. Would they dare hold these same standards up to Adam Schiff?”

After she concluded her remarks, she pivoted to Seamus Brunner, who is a bestselling author and journalist. Brunner declared, “Adam Schiff is in a world of trouble if the legal system is fair. I know that this complaint has been submitted to multiple US House agencies, and did the House Judiciary, House Ethics, and House Oversight Committee.”

Confirming the veracity of these rumors, he said, “It’s true, Adam Schiff has been checking the box principal residence on multiple mortgage applications in two different states. You can’t live in two places at once, as your principal residence and mortgage fraud is a serious crime.”
