Trump Threatens Perjury Charges against Biden, Terminates All His Autopen-Signed Documents

Posting on his Truth Social social media platform, President Donald Trump announced that he was terminating all executive actions made by former President Joe Biden that were signed with the autopen that Joe Biden has become infamous for, declaring as he did so that over 90% of Biden’s moves were signed by the autopen.

As background, the autopen has become a major scandal for former President Joe Biden and his former administration, as it appears that many of the actions nominally taken by the president may have even been done without his knowledge, and were signed by the autopen, also without his knowledge.

President Trump has taken to using the autopen scandal against the former president, capitalizing on just how infuriating it is as a way of trying to undo the vast damage done by the Biden Administration. Such is what occurred with the recent post in which the president terminated everything Biden did via autopen.

Beginning the post announcing the major move, the president called out the massive number of things done by Biden via autopen, saying, “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect.”

Continuing, the president noted that the way in which the Biden Administration used the autopen was illegal here, justifying his decision to invalidate the moves, saying, “The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States.”

Adding to that, the president accused the various hangers-on in the Biden Administration of having taken the presidency away from him by using the autopen without his knowledge or approval. He said, “The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him.”

So, getting to what he was doing to correct that situation, the president declared that he was canceling everything done by the Biden Administration via autopen signature, writing, “I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally.”

Concluding, President Trump warned he might also bring perjury charges against the former president if he lies about the autopen, saying, “Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Commenting on the autopen in another major post, President Trump said, “I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover, terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden’s Autopen, and remove anyone who is not a net asset to the United States, or is incapable of loving our Country, end all Federal benefits and subsidies to noncitizens of our Country, denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.”
