“Somebody Got to Her”: Dead Epstein Accuser’s Daughter Claims She Was Murdered [WATCH]

After one of the key accusers of Jeffrey Epstein was found dead — allegedly by suicide — her father spoke out in a shocking interview, saying he believed there was no way that his daughter took her own life and arguing that her death was the result of foul play.

For context, Virginia Giuffre, who previously spoke out against notorious sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein, tragically passed away on April 25, 2025, less than a month after she publicly stated that her car had collided with a bus while she was driving at 70 miles per hour, and her death was deemed a suicide. However, in an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored on May 1, 2025, Giuffre’s father asserted that he did not believe that Virginia died by her own hand.

In the interview, Sky Roberts, Giuffre’s father, described the moment that he heard that his daughter had died, saying, “First of all, I couldn’t even believe it. I mean, I started crying right away. I’m still crying. I can’t believe that this is happening. It’s impossible.” Roberts added, “And then for them to say that she committed suicide, there’s no way that she did. Somebody got to her.”

Furthermore, press accounts confirmed that when Giuffre died, she was in a custody battle with her husband, who had taken out a restraining order against her that prevented her from seeing her children. Regarding the ongoing battle, Giuffre’s brother, also named Sky Roberts, spoke to People Magazine, saying, “It’s the worst pain in the world to not have access to your children.” Roberts added, “Can you imagine the pain? I will tell you, all the physical (pain) will never amount to the pain of being separated from your children in that way.”

In addition, Roberts told the press that he believed that Virginia’s inability to see her children may have been what drove her to suicide. He said, “At the end of the day, her kids are the most important thing in her life.” In a heartfelt conclusion to his interview, Roberts added, “She loves those babies.”

However, shortly before her death, Virginia Giuffre was accused of breaching the restraining order after her accident, according to press accounts. In a statement issued on Instagram, Giuffre wrote, “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.” She added, “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.”

According to Amanda Roberts, Virginia Giuffre’s sister-in-law, Giuffre left behind a handwritten note before allegedly taking her own life. In the note, Giuffre wrote, “Mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers need to show the battle lines are drawn, and stand together to fight for the future of victims.” Giuffre added, “Is protesting the answer? I don’t know. But we’ve got to start somewhere.”

After Giuffre’s death, press coverage confirmed that her sister-in-law had started a GoFundMe page attempting to raise $15,000 for a memorial tribute, with Roberts saying, “Though our family and many are experiencing an immeasurable sense of grief, we know that this will make us stronger; that is what Virginia would have wanted.” She added, “She deserves a permanent mark on the world that demonstrates her lasting impact.”
