Appearing on Saturday on MSNBC’s “Ayman”, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA), went on the attack against Republican members of Congress, saying that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and her allies are “domestic terrorists.”
That comment came when Waters was discussing the death of Tyre Nichols and the potential for police reform with the host, Ayman Mohyeldin, who asked if Republicans would cooperate with Democrats on instituting police reform following Nichols’ death.
Waters, in response, said “It’s the Marjorie Taylor Greene Republican caucus. And so I don’t expect anything from them.” Continuing, she went on to say “and you heard what McCarthy said. He said that he just loves her, and that he’s going to do everything he can to protect her.”
And that’s when she got to the bit where she called them domestic terrorists, saying:
“We have these right-wing conservatives who are, you know, we have domestic terrorists in the House of Representatives.
“These people are extremists. And so I am not optimistic that that is the way that it is going to happen until the people of this country really decide that they do not want it, and they are not going to elect people who act in the way that they act.”

Commenting about Waters’ comments on Twitter after ZeroHedge posted about it, people said things like:
“The term “domestic terrorist” has truly lost any weight with normal thinking ppl. Calling anyone who doesn’t agree with you a terrorist on a regular basis makes them numb to it to the point they embrace it in a comical like sense”
“Just like the word nazi, they’re normalizing the word terrorist now. Watering it down to meaninglessness. But to them, Ultra Mega top tier freakout.”
“Liberals will call anyone the nastiest names if they don’t agree with them, will not even debate.”
“I wish that Republicans were even a fraction as based as Democrats make them out to be”
“As the saying goes, “Guilty dog always barks first”
Maxine Waters isn’t the only one to call Republicans who disagree with her “domestic terrorists”. RINO Rep. Dan Crenshaw did as well, likening Rep. Matt Gaetz and other Republican holdouts during the votes on whether to make Kevin McCarthy Speaker of the House to “terrorists.”
Responding, Tucker Carlson savaged Crenshaw and exposed why the Deep State wants to label its enemies as domestic terrorists, saying:
