President Trump didn’t just call out Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and send her into a spiralling and tear-filled meltdown during the State of the Union Address itself, nor did Capitol Police just arrest one of her guests, though both of those things happened. He also went nuclear on her in a post-speech Truth Social rant that totally demolished her.
As background, during his speech, the president sounded off on the Somali migrant fraud that has been visited upon Minnesota, characterizing it as the pillaging of America. “When it comes to the corruption that is plundering America, there has been no more stunning example than Minnesota – where members of the Somali community have pillaged an estimated $19 billion from the American taxpayer,” he said.
That, and similarly timed comments he made about “Somali pirates” in the state, whipped Ilhan Omar into a chomping furor, and she raged against him, loudly attacking him while seemingly brought to tears by the whole experience. Joining in was Rep. Rashida Tlaib, a fellow “Squad” leftist, who was sitting beside her.
President Trump, commenting on the incident in a post-speech post on his Truth Social platform, skewered the duo as “lunatics” who had “screamed uncontrollably” at him. He wrote, “When you watch Low IQ Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, as they screamed uncontrollably last night at the very elegant State of the Union, such an important and beautiful event, they had the bulging, bloodshot eyes of crazy people, LUNATICS, mentally deranged and sick who, frankly, look like they should be institutionalized.”
Continuing, he noted that the obvious answer is to send such people back “from where they came”, writing, “When people can behave like that, and knowing that they are Crooked and Corrupt Politicians, so bad for our Country, we should send them back from where they came — as fast as possible. They can only damage the United States of America, they can do nothing to help it.”
Adding to that, he roasted Robert De Niro, who recently started crying when attacking the president, saying, “They should actually get on a boat with Trump Deranged Robert De Niro, another sick and demented person with, I believe, an extremely Low IQ, who has absolutely no idea what he is doing or saying — some of which is seriously CRIMINAL!”
Further roasting De Niro, and working his longtime nemesis Rosie O’Donnell into it, the president said, “When I watched him break down in tears last night, much like a child would do, I realized that he may be even sicker than Crazy Rosie O’Donnell, who is right now in Ireland trying to figure out how to come back into our beautiful United States.”

He concluded, “The only difference between De Niro and Rosie is that she is probably somewhat smarter than him, which isn’t saying much. The good news is that America is now Bigger, Better, Richer, and Stronger than ever before, and it’s driving them absolutely crazy! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP”
