“Fraud at Scale”: DOGE Reveals Simple Trick Used to Stop Corrupt Bureaucrats from Stealing Billions at Blowout Parties [WATCH]

DOGE struck again and stopped corrupt Democrats from using taxpayer dollars to host lavish parties with just one simple trick, with one of the agency’s workers — joined by its leader, Elon Musk — explained to Fox News’s Jesse Watters in an explosive interview.

For context, in an interview with Fox News personality Jesse Watters on May 1, Elon Musk and members of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team outlined just how corrupt the federal government had become before President Trump took office, explaining that the Department of Education has a multi-billion-dollar “COVID Fund” set up that required no receipts to be presented by government employees.

Moreover, a DOGE employee told Watters that the “$4 billion COVID fund” had been previously looked into before the creation of DOGE, and that investigators “found that money was being used to rent out Caesar’s Palace, for parties, rent out stadiums, et cetera.” However, the DOGE employee explained that “one change” had stopped the Department of Education’s fraudulent spending in its tracks: “We had the simple requirement that if you draw down money, you must first upload a receipt.”

Continuing, the DOGE employee clarified that after discovering that billions were being used for raucous events, the requirement to present receipts was “the only change that was made.” He added, “You must upload your receipt…and upon doing so, yes, nobody drew down money anymore.” At this point, Elon Musk cut in, saying, “Yes, but we didn’t say that we’d check the seat.”

Adding his legendary sense of humor to the story, Mr. Musk explained that there were no specific requirements enforced on Department of Education employees except that they needed to present receipts. “You could send a fake receipt,” he quipped, adding, “You could send a picture of your dog, anything, anything, and…but as soon as we asked for anything at all that, suddenly the requests were like, ‘Oh, we don’t need it anymore.’ Huh? That’s interesting.”

Incredulous, Watters asked for clarification, saying, “They were renting Caesar’s Palace?” Mr. Musk responded, “Yes. They were like, basically, partying on the tax chair of money.” Flabbergasted, Watters said, “Stadiums! Leasing stadiums. For what?” Remaining completely calm as usual, Mr. Musk replied, “For parties, basically.” Watters mused, “That’s a big party. You’d think if you were stealing, you’d start small.”

Weighing in on Watters’ observation, Mr. Musk clarified that government fraudsters “do start small,” adding, “But then what happens is, over the years, so, generally, the fraud starts out small and they try to hide it.” He added, “But then year after year, if nobody stops the fraud, it gets more and more brazen, and every year it gets bigger until they’re literally renting out stadiums.”

Watters, still completely aghast at the massive scale of fraud within the Department of Education, simply laughed and said, “With a million dollars? To rent out a stadium? This is driving me crazy.” Mr. Musk replied, “This was fraud in flagrante delicto…fraud at scale.”
