In a game-changing interview, Arizona Congressman Andy Biggs revealed that the United States Constitution’s Good Behavior clause may be the key to finally removing Judge Boasberg and other corrupt federal court officials from office, confirming that Boasberg is abusing his judicial power in a desperate attempt to usurp President Trump.
As background, Judge Boasberg recently enacted an emergency injunction against the Trump Administration, calling for a reversal of the deportation of MS-13 and Tren Agua gangsters to El Salvador. The Trump Administration pushed back, arguing that Judge Boasberg has no jurisdiction over the Executive Branch’s use of the Alien Enemies Act as grounds for deportation of criminals. In response, Congressman Biggs condemned the belligerent behavior showcased by Judge Boasberg and his colleagues, arguing that it may be grounds for impeachment.
In an interview on Fox News on April 6, 2025, Congressman Biggs explained that while traditional impeachment of Judge Boasberg and other corrupt judges may not be possible, a federal judge could be removed for violating an article of the Constitution. He began, “Some of my colleagues want to do impeachment; I think that that’s probably a hill you can’t get over.”
Explaining further, Congressman Biggs clarified that a specific section of the Constitution may be the key to removing corrupt judges from power. He elaborated, “But also, under Article Three, Section One, you could remove for failure to serve during good behavior, which is actually the term of the Constitution, not lifetime tenure.”
Continuing, Congressman Biggs emphasized the urgency for Congress to be proactive in using the Constitution against corrupt judges. He explained, “There are some avenues for the Congress to take, and we need to get going right away. We almost got one done last week in the house. I think we’re going to do it again Monday, hopefully. And that’s a limitation of jurisdiction.”
When asked whether judges like Boasberg are infringing on their power and interfering with the Executive Branch, Congressman Biggs had a plain and simple response. He argued, “Absolutely, they’re abusing their power. Some of these judges have a long history of using political bias in ruling and making their decisions, and that’s part of the good behavior standard.”
Driving his point home, Congressman Biggs clarified that falling outside of the Constitutional standard of good behavior can justify removal from a position in government. He explained, “If you’re abusing your power and going well, well beyond what your jurisdiction is because you have political animus, political bias, then you are not in good behavior, and you’re, and you don’t have a right to actually continue to serve as a federal district judge.”
