Posting on his Truth Social social media platform, President Donald Trump commented on how his administration is using every tool in its toolkit to crack down on illegal immigration and illegal immigrant welfare use, saying that illegal aliens steal billions of dollars every year from American and so his Treasury Department is working to cut them off from banking.
In the post, the president highlighted why striking at illegal alien banking access is such a critical policy and how it will help in the general fight against illegal immigration, explaining that it will help encourage self-deportations by shutting off their access to any form of welfare pretty much completely, and will help his administration deal with other forms of illegality on their part as well.
The president began the post, one that he made in early June by noting that illegal aliens and foreign fraudsters stealing from Americans is a massive problem every year, given how much they pilfer, explaining, “Illegal Immigrants and Foreign Fraudsters steal BILLIONS every year from the American Taxpayer.”
Continuing, he noted that he would thus be shutting them off from banks and credit cards, saying, “As part of my Administration’s Historic effort to end FRAUD and reverse MASS ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, I recently signed a powerful new Executive Order, which will be led by the Treasury Department, to stop Banks, Credit Cards, and Financial Institutions from being used to facilitate Human Smuggling, Drug Trafficking, Illegal Immigration, and the Criminal Cartels who orchestrate these activities.”
Building on that, the president addressed the welfare issue head on, noting why this policy is connected to the effort to keep them off welfare. He said, “Access to our Nation’s Financial Systems must be limited to those who have a Legal Right to be here, and who are engaged in Lawful and Legitimate Commerce. Bank Accounts being used to enable Illegal Immigration, or to store the Welfare received by Illegal Aliens, will be shut down, and funds will ultimately face Impoundment and Seizure so they can to be returned to Taxpayers.”
Adding to that, the president explained that the current state of things is both ludicrous and dangerous, noting, “It is not ludicrous, but profoundly dangerous, that any Illegal Alien can simply present a Blue State Drivers License, or Biden Border Document, and have unrestricted access to the U.S. Financial System.
That wasn’t all. Trump also explained that this will help shut down remitances, another major problem that leads to billions of dollars of outflows every year. He said, “This also sends a clear message to the anti-ICE rioters that your violent disruptions are only strengthening our resolve. My Executive Order will also allow us to stop Billions in leaving our Country in all manner of criminal activity.”

Concluding, the president vowed that this would help his administration reverse the disaster that was Biden’s border invasion, saying, “It has been said this measure we are taking is the most effective means of reversing Biden’s Border Invasion. We shall soon find out! President DONALD J. TRUMP”
