Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), who is currently running for governor in California, got absolutely humiliated during a campaign event in Orange County by Grammy-nominated singer Tish Hyman, who heckled him in a glorious exchange that featured the congressman doing a metaphorical tap dance around whether biological men who identify as women should be allowed in female locker rooms. Rep. Swalwell wouldn’t provide a simple answer.
Hyman stuck it to Swalwell at the event, which comes just a few short weeks after she was kicked out of a Golds Gym in Los Angeles when she confronted a transgender woman who exposed his clearly biologically male genitals in the women’s locker room. The musician, 42, wanted to know if Rep. Swalwell would continue with the liberal insanity and allow “men in women’s rooms” if he should win the governor’s seat.
“Are you against men in women’s locker rooms and sports? That’s all you need to answer,” she asked the Democratic congressman in a video captured of the confrontation. Hyman also called out Swalwell for comments made in the past, denying that transgender women were harassing biological females when they entered female-only spaces, remarks she said he made a total of 14 times.
Rep. Swalwell, for his part, said that he doesn’t want men “harassing” women, but refused to explicitly say he’s against men who identify as women being allowed in female spaces. This infuriated Hyman, who then stood up and addressed the crowd, which appeared to clearly support her position on the issue.
“Trans [women] are not women and they’re r*ping women. So I don’t care if it’s the Democratic side or the Republican side — we need to be on the women’s side, people,” she said, going on to add, “If you wanna be the governor, you need to do something about it.”
Hyman, for reference, has every reason to be passionate about this specific subject: she was kicked out of a Gold’s Gym located in Beverly Hills after confronting Alexis Black, who is not only transitioning from male to female, but has been convicted on charges of beating his wife.
In any case, the irate singer then ripped Democrats for using black people and the Civil Rights movement to push transgenderism on our culture. “People, it’s happening to our girls, black people, who they’re using our civil rights to push this. You want to be the governor, you need to do something about it, because I promise you this, I will not be the last.”

Still not done, she then talked about the harm transitioning is doing to kids who are far too young to make reasonable decisions regarding such a huge personal choice. “Stop transforming children. No one that young can make a decision like that. Y’all when I was 12, I would have transformed. There’s only men and women.”
Hyman filed several complaints about Black being in the women’s locker room, accusing him of exposing his genitalia and harassing her in the facility. Black denied Hyman’s claims, saying his genitals were completely covered and said he did nothing inappropriate in the locker room.
