An aggressive woke woman has been accused of spitting on former U.S. Attorney Ed Martin, and Jeanine Pirro is gearing up to put her in jail, reportedly on charges of assault and resisting or impeding a government official, which was caught on camera by a Newsmax reporter.
For context, during a May 8, 2025, interview with Newsmax’s Rob Schmitt, former U.S. Attorney Ed Martin was spat on and accosted by a woman named Emily Gabriella Sommer. After the incident, Sommer was reportedly arrested and then released without bail on May 22. However, according to coverage from Breitbart News, prosecutors caught Sommer violating the conditions of her release on social media.
According to conservative journalist Breanna Morello, Sommer allegedly posted on X, tagging Martin in a bizarre rant that prosecutors said violated the terms of her release. She reportedly wrote, “My property has essentially been seized and I do not have the basic necessities, nor money to provide for myself, nor my dog.”
Continuing, Sommer’s alleged post went on to say, “F*** you, Ed… but since you’ve once again made me hostage in this city, I’ll make sure it eats you alive and spits you back out, like the felony ‘assault’ you’ve alleged, wit your punk-ass-b****-cuckold-neo-beo-no-brained-Neaderthal (no shade to actual non-Sapiens) cracka ass, jive-turkey redneck from the Midwest.”
Furthermore, Breitbart reported that in a subsequent post, Sommer, who went by the handle “lefttits” on X, tagged Martin and allegedly admitted to spitting on the former U.S. attorney. Screenshots posted by Breanna Morello showed Sommer’s posting, “ED, that was me that spit in your face today in front of your not USDC for D.C. Courthouse, that absolutely definitely spit in your face on camera.”
In addition, Sommer allegedly said that it was “a pleasure” to spit on Martin, which she described as hawking “a dehydrated, pithy white foam spit into your face.” She added, “I only apologize that this city left me so dehydrated and unable to get water that I couldn’t produce more to stain and drip down your face.”
In response to the allegations that Sommer violated the terms of her release, Interim U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro reportedly announced an official complaint as one of her first acts after being sworn into office on May 15, 2025. Breitbart reported that U.S. Attorney Pirro “asked Judge Matthew Sharbaugh to revoke the conditions of Sommer’s release, saying, ‘There is clear and convincing evidence that the Defendant violated a condition of the release.'”

Moreover, official court documents verified the coverage of U.S. Attorney Pirro’s official complaint against Sommer, with an affidavit supporting “an arrest warrant” based on “probable cause for the arrest of Emily Gabriella Sommer,” adding that the X account that wrote the profanity-filled posts addressing Martin “contains a profile picture that appears similar to known photographs of Sommer.”
