“We Are Going to Prosecute You”: Pam Bondi Reveals DOJ Lawfare Campaign to Take Down Rogue Judges [WATCH]

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a stern warning to woke activist judges like Hannah Dugan, saying that the leftist judges who have aided illegal immigrants and obstructed justice will be prosecuted, making it clear that the Trump Administration does not take injustice lightly.

For context, in an appearance on Fox News on April 25, 2025, Attorney General Pam Bondi was asked what her message was to activist judges like Hannah Dugan, who had been caught helping an illegal immigrant criminal avoid arrest. In response, AG Bondi confirmed that President Trump’s DOJ is actively prosecuting these woke judges, clarifying that Judge Dugan is now in custody.

Importantly, AG Bondi’s comments were targeted explicitly at Judge Dugan, who was charged on April 25, 2025, on two federal counts: obstructing a U.S. Agency and concealing an individual to prevent arrest. Moreover, press accounts confirmed that Judge Dugan was suspended after her arrest, with the Wisconsin Supreme Court stating, “It is the public interest that she be temporarily relieved of her official duty.”

In the interview, AG Bondi was asked to give a message to “judges trying to obstruct our efforts to make this country safer.” Without missing a beat, the attorney general responded, “We are going to prosecute you, and we are prosecuting you.” Furthermore, Bondi explained that she had been clued into the situation with Judge Hannah Dugan since “the day it happened.”

Continuing, AG Bondi explained that when she was informed about Judge Dugan’s obstruction of justice, she and her team “could not believe, actually, that a judge really did that.” She added, “We looked into the facts in great depth…you cannot obstruct a criminal case, and really, shame on her.”

Furthermore, the attorney general made it clear that she had no respect for Judge Dugan, saying, “It was a domestic violence case, of all cases, and she’s protecting a criminal defendant over victims of crime.” In response to AG Bondi’s biting critique of Judge Dugan, conservatives sounded off on X, with the user Cass Martin writing, “These activist judges must be removed from the bench!”

In addition, more conservatives expressed their outrage at activist judges like Dugan on X, while others showed gratitude for the Trump administration’s hardline stance on aiding illegal immigrant criminals. One X user with the handle Barefoot Pregnant wrote, “This is what we voted for and we are happy to see it.”

On the other hand, Judge Dugan’s attorneys reportedly issued a statement that contested her suspension and defended her actions, saying, “We are disappointed that the Court acted in unilateral fashion. We continue to assert Judge Dugan’s innocence and look forward to her vindication in court.” However, press coverage confirmed that security camera footage showed Judge Dugan escorting the illegal immigrant criminal Eduardo Flores-Ruiz through a restricted exit to help him evade federal agents, effectively proving the judge’s guilt.
