“You Brought It Up!”: Gutfeld Hilariously Scorches Tarlov During Nuclear Spat on “The Five

During a discussion on Fox News Channel’s “The Five,” a discussion that was meant to revolve around the competition between former president and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Vice President and 2024 Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris for the “bro vote,” Gutfeld and Tarlov had another blow up spat regarding abortion.

As background, this isn’t the first time that Tarlov and Gutfeld have blown up in a spat about abortion. In a prior spat, Gutfeld spoke about Catholicism and abortion, infuriating Tarlov. He said, “If you are a Catholic and you are upset about Donald Trump’s character and yet you are okay with voting for a person who wants abortion on demand, you’re worse. I’m sorry. You’re worse.”

He continued, on the same point about Catholics and abortion, saying, “And I’m not making, I’m just saying from the, from when you analyze the beliefs of a Catholic being pro life, you have no stance at all. If you are okay with abortion, you can’t, you can’t say, ‘Oh, Trump has a lousy character.’ No, you got no character. You have none.”

Things turned from Gutfeld’s monologue to a spat between him and Tarlov when he asked, “Can you be a practicing Catholic if you support abortion?” That infuriated Tarlov, who first snapped about Trump and his stance on the abortion issue, saying, “Well, he’s actually, he’s politically pro choice. He’s personally pro life.” Continuing, she claimed that Catholics can be pro-abortion, saying, “And yes, you absolutely can be because it is a healthcare issue.” Gutfeld fired back, “I don’t think you can.” Tarlov, replying, snapped that they are in disagreement on many issues, saying, “You think a lot of things that I don’t agree with.”

In any case, the two blew up on the same issue issue again, this time as the co-hosts of “The Five” discussed what they referred to as the “bro vote,” with Judge Jeanine Pirro saying that there is a great deal of good news for former President Trump on the issue, as young American men appear to be flocking to him.

Tarlov, however, didn’t stay on topic. Instead, she brought up abortion and its importance in the election when discussing the “bro vote.” Gutfeld, evidently furious at Tarlov’s claims and introduction of the topic to a different conversation, snapping, “Abortion exists. There has to be an opposition to it or else we are not human.”

Continuing and hinting at why he was so annoyed at her for bringing it up during the “bro vote” conversation, he snapped that it is treated as the “only issue.” He said, “If there isn’t somebody standing up and saying something about it, there is something wrong with us. I have a problem with it being the only issue.”

Tarlov, seemingly offended by his suggestion that she treats abortion as the “only issue,” or perhaps offended that he was calling her out for that perspective, exclaimed back at him, “It isn’t!” Gutfeld then noted that she had introduced it to an entirely different subject, snapping back, “You brought it up in something about men!” Watch their spat here:
