The suspicious mysterious substance that prompted an evacuation of the White House this weekend was tested by experts and results were positive for cocaine according to a local political news report by Fox4News. The Secret Service shut down the White House and nearby roads for a brief amount of time as hazmat and the local first responders rushed to the scene, including fire and EMS in case anything happened.
The evacuation did not last too long as the substance, found in the White House, was deemed not a threat at the time. The substance was later tested and the results were damning because of Hunter Biden’s history with alleged drug abuse. There is no confirmation the cocaine-substance belonged to Hunter Biden at this time, but critics on social media have suggested it may be his. An official confirmation on who the substance came from may not come anytime soon.
The Fox4News report detailed how the public was able to gather information about what the substance was, because it was part of a dispatch that was broadcasted on a website called openmhz.com. That website allows the public to hear radio transmissions from the local police and fire departments – both live and archived transmissions. It was on there that people heard fire officials saying “We have a yellow bar saying cocaine hydrochloride.”
To make this more interesting, it was The Washington Post timestamped the broadcast for 8:49pm at the White House on July 2, 2023 – the same day as the evacuation. But it wasn’t just The Washington Post and a Fox subsidiary who reported on the cocaine-positive test on the substance found at the White House. The NY Post jumped in on the action and provided some quotes from the firefighters, one of whom said “bag it up and take it out” – telling that to the local Hazmat team responsible for clearing out the substance.
Where was Joe Biden during this time? NY Post reports the president was at Camp David during the evacuation period. Where was Hunter Biden? Hunter Biden was reportedly at the White House on Friday before going to Camp David with his father. Hunter Biden, 53, has a history with abusing crack cocaine and it’s entirely possible that it belonged to him, but it’s not confirmed who the substance belonged to and that information is not likely to come out if it would paint Joe Biden or his presidency in a worse light. In fact, the Secret Service themselves won’t even comment on an active investigation as to not provide the public with any information.
This incident appears to be a public relations nightmare for President Joe Biden as his son is often involved in scandals or accused of crimes. In a recent report, we noted how Hunter Biden was pleading guilty to two tax related crimes, but a felony gun charged continued looming. It appears Hunter Biden will admit guilt to the felony gun crime, but Hunter Biden’s pretrial diversion will keep the disgraced son of a president out of prison.
Hunter Biden’s attorney, Christopher Clark, talked about the firearm charge Hunter Biden faces and said the following: “A firearm charge, which will be subject to a pretrial diversion agreement and will not be the subject of the plea agreement, will also be filed by the Government. I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil and addiction in his life. He looks forward to continuing his recovery and moving forward.”
The treatment of Hunter Biden has prompted critics to claim there is a two-tiered justice system where Hunter Biden seems to skate on the crimes of thin ice, but never fall through to the prison below.
UPDATE 7/6/2022: New reports have updated the location of where the ‘cocaine’ was found. NBC News reports: “Multiple officials involved in the White House cocaine inquiry now say the bag of powder was found in a cubby near the White House’s West Executive entrance, not the formal West Wing lobby as was previously reported.“
