Things are already off to a wild start in a day sure to be filled with even more insanity and nonsense. Namely, just hours after Biden issued sweeping, preemptive pardons for his political allies – namely Liz Cheney, Mark Milley, and Dr. Anthony Fauci – President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris arrived to boot them from the White House. Kamala grimaced as Biden said something hilarious.
Posting about the Biden incident while posting a clip of it, with Biden and Dr. Jill standing on the steps waiting for President Trump and Melania, Turning Point USA’s Benny Johnson joked, “Biden says “Welcome Home” as President Trump and First Lady Melania arrived at the White House 🤣🤣 Yeah, he voted for Trump.”
Commenting on Benny’s post, one person said that this is finally ridding the White House of a stain that has long tarnished it. That commenter said, “White House has had a stain on it the past 4 years. Thank God for DJT!” Another noted that Melania looked great whereas Dr. Jill looked ridiculous, saying, “Melania looks sleek with that nicely cut outfit to show off her hour glass figure.Jill looks like a grape…..🍇”
Another commenter disagreed with Benny’s joke, but still celebrated Biden’s removal, saying, “@bennyjohnsonLove the warm welcome from Biden, but let’s be real, we all know he didn’t vote for Trump 😂👍. Today marks a new beginning for America, and we’re excited to have President Trump back in the White House 🇺🇸💪” Watch the incident here:
Then there was Kamala. Standing on the same step with her husband, California financier Doug Emhoff, she appeared to grimace as Vance arrived to replace her. Conservative X personality Collin Rugg, posting about the incident, said, “JUST IN: Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff greet JD and Usha Vance at the White House ahead of the inauguration. You can see the pain in Kamala’s face.”

Replying, one commenter said, “she looks bored to me. it’s amazing that she actually thought she could win.” Another noted, “Kamala didn’t even invite JD’s family for an orientation.” A third said, “Kamala’s expression says it all – sometimes the pain of losing power speaks louder than words. The tide has turned, and it’s clear who’s taking the reins.” Watch Kamala here:
In his statement on the pardons, Biden said, “In certain cases, some have even been threatened with criminal prosecutions, including General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, and the members and staff of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. These public servants have served our nation with honor and distinction and do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.”
He later said, “I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But these are exceptional circumstances, and I cannot in good conscience do nothing. Baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families. Even when individuals have done nothing wrong-and in fact have done the right thing-and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage reputations and finances.”
Getting to the end, he said, “That is why I am exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”
