“We Have the Receipts”: Democrat Hero Charged with Human Trafficking and Dems Totally Melt Down [WATCH]

Democrats, including woke Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), have been spiraling after illegal immigrant Kilmer Abrego Garcia was charged with human trafficking. Raskin discussed the issue with CNN anchor Kasie Hunt, where the Democrat attempted to deflect from Garcia’s guilt to dishonest questions about due process.

For context, Democrats have been melting down since the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) deported the Salvadoran illegal immigrant Kilmer Abrego Garcia back to his country of origin. The DHS proved that Garcia was a known associate of the violent MS-13 gang and had their symbols tattooed on his body, in documents that completely demolished the DNC narrative.

In any case, starting off the June 6, 2025 segment, Hunt began by mentioning Garcia’s charges. She said, “I thought he, of course, is alleged to have committed these crimes. Do you think that Democrats risk politically playing into the President’s hands by focusing on this case?”

Responding with dishonest rhetoric, the slimy Maryland Democrat said, “First of all, I don’t know of a single Democrat who defended him specifically against any crimes, because he wasn’t charged with any crimes.”

Continuing his dubious assertion, Raskin claimed, “He doesn’t have any criminal history, to my knowledge, or a criminal record, and there were no charges outstanding when he got unceremoniously picked up and flown out of the country. And that’s called a disappearance. That’s what happens in authoritarian societies.”

Still not done, he whined, “They obviously want to make this about whether or not he ends up being a good guy or a bad guy, but it’s not a moral question. It’s a legal question. It’s a constitutional question of whether the government can pick people up and take them out of the country.”

Making yet another shaky argument, he stated, “And I think the Supreme Court has been fairly emphatic about this, due process is for everybody. Sometimes I hear my MAGA colleagues say, ‘You’re for due process for guilty people?’ Well, yeah, because we don’t know if they’re guilty or they’re innocent until we’ve had due process. That’s the whole point of due process.”

Reacting to a clip of the incident, prominent conservative influencer Libs of TikTok posted, “Democrats are PANICKING & trying to backpedal now that their hero was charged with human trafficking & solicitation of child p**n.”

In the comments under her post, conservatives were rightfully angered by Rep. Raskin’s dishonest behavior. One such comment said, “The amount of air time and column inches focused on a man charged with human trafficking and child p**n is WILD. Why would this be a good stance?” Building on this point, another user said, “Jamie Raskin is disgusting. Garcia had a record of beating his wire. Raskin doesn’t care.”

Slamming the Democrats, another user stated, “The libs can lie and mislead the public because they always have the media to never correct them or hold them accountable. This is how people get brainwashed and misled.”
