Convicted Russian felon Brittney Griner dropped jaws at a recent press conference after she suggested it was a “crime” to prevent biological male athletes from competing against biological women.
One wonders how long she would say this if the entire graduating class from the Men’s NCAA Division 1 rosters all suddenly identified as WNBA players and forced every current lay-up shooter out of the NBA-subsidized league.
Griner seems to have not changed her disgruntled, ungrateful tune at all since being rescued by Joe Biden for mere political points after she violated a sovereign nation’s laws against drug use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Last year, Griner was famously arrested at a Russian airport and subsequently sentenced to ten years in a miserable labor camp.
On account only of being a gay black female athlete, she was returned home, in exchange for a notorious arms dealer nicknamed “the merchant of death.” Had she been a white male serviceman, she’d still be there.
Still, despite her identity coming to her rescue, Griner feels impelled to continue being miserable and pretending these immutable characteristics hinder, rather than elevate, her. Here she was being asked by some spineless, stammering woke “journalist” about using her platform to speak out against state legislation across the country designed to protect the exact thing Griner gets paid to do.
Here is Griner sporting a new haircut and setting the stage for everyone who thinks men and women should have their own safe spaces to be criminalized.

“Good morning, Brittney. I’m Mr. Bill Rodin from ESPN… It’s really great to see you,” the bizarrely timid reporter begins as if he is speaking in front of royalty. “It’s good to know the prayers been answered. Um, question, um, you’ve always represented so much throughout your entire career by access, and, you know, being able to do stuff, and I hate to put one more thing on your plate, but, there are a number of states who are aggressively moving to prevent transgender athletes playing.”
“And I was wondering, again, I hate to put one more thing on your plate, but, in terms of it being on your radar where is that you’re gonna have a tremendous platform. But where it is that gon a be on your radar in terms of advocating for you know, athletes, transgender athletes, being able to play,” he said as he finally finished his softball, soapbox question.
Griner didn’t waste any time to respond: “Oh, I mean that that ranks high on the on the list of things that I’ll be fighting for and speaking up against, you know, everyone has – everyone deserves the right to play, everyone deserves the right to come here, sit in these seats and feel safe and not feel, um, like there’s a threat or they can’t be who they are or, um, like. Like it’s just all eyes on them. So I think it’s a crime honestly, to separate, um, someone for any reason.
“So I definitely will be speaking up against those that legislation and those laws that are trying to be passed for sure,” she finished.
