In an epic press conference, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt demolished the infamous Judge Boasberg and his wife for being biased Democrat activists who’ve given thousands of dollars to DNC causes. In the comments on social media, conservatives were incensed by the obviously biased judge and took him to task for his unfair rulings.
For context, Judge James Boasberg is one of several activist judges who defied the Constitution to block the Trump administration from deporting illegal immigrants. Boasberg used his power to block Trump from invoking the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gangsters in a dramatic example of judicial overreach.
Such was shown when Leavit slammed the woke judge. She said, “The judge in this case is essentially trying to say that the president doesn’t have the executive authority to deport foreign terrorists from our American soil. That is an EGREGIOUS abuse of the bench. This judge does not have that authority.”
Continuing to savage Boasberg, she added, “It is the opinion of this White House and of this administration, and that’s why we’re fighting this in court. And it’s very, very clear that this is an activist judge, who is trying to usurp the president’s authority.”
Concluding her remarks, Leavitt said, “Under the Alien Enemies Act, the president has this power, and that’s why this deportation campaign has continued. And this judge, Judge Boasberg, is a Democrat activist. He was appointed by Barack Obama. His wife has donated more than $10,000 to Democrats, and he has consistently shown his disdain for this president and his policies, and it’s unacceptable.”
Posting a clip of the press conference to X on March 19, 2025, a prominent conservative influencer said, 🚨” SMACKDOWN: Karoline Leavitt just laid down the hammer on the rogue judges who keep playing ‘president’ from the bench. She’s right.”
In the comments under the post, conservatives flocked to express their anger. One such comment read, “Arrest him for aiding a terrorist. He literally tried to keep terrorists here. Let the jury decide. Use law fare against Democrats. They had no problem making up laws to charge Trump with.”

Annoyed with the out-of-control judiciary, one commenter wrote, “Democrat activist judges think they run the country now. Imagine unilaterally deciding the President doesn’t have the power to deport foreign terrorists. It’s laughable, but also dangerous. Congress needs to step in and start stripping these judges of their power, impeachment should be on the table.”

Suggesting a solution, one account stated, “We need to defund these courts. Remove their ability to affect the nation from the bench. No person of the equivalent level of traffic court, should be able to overthrow the president.” Agreeing, another wrote, “Time to reform judicial branch. Random jurors for grand jury and judges from ALL 50 states in ALL federal cases…would eliminate “judge shopping” or biased jury panel. Term/age/time limits for ALL, incl. judicial. ARREST/IMPEACH those violated the US Constitution. Rule of Law!”
