In some more massive news from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, America’s beloved and anti-Establishment DNI announced that she had made a criminal referral of former President Barack Obama to the Department of Justice so that he can be held accountable by America’s highest law enforcement agency for the “treasonous conspiracy” she alleges he committed.
As background, DNI Gabbard dropped a political bomb on DC when she announced that she was releasing over 100 documents showing that the Obama Administration had knowingly pushed a baseless, fraudulent investigation on the first Trump Administration by claiming that Russia had worked with Trump to subvert the election despite knowing Russi had not been able to effect the election.
Describing the findings when they were first released, Gabbard said, “The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic. Over a hundred documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office after President Trump had already gotten elected.”
She added, noting that the situation was severe enough to warrant being called a coup, “So the effect of what President Obama and his senior national security team did was subvert the will of the American people, undermining our democratic republic, and enacting what would be essentially a years-long coup against President Trump, who was duly elected by the American people.”
Things then ratcheted up dramatically on Wednesday, July 23, when DNI Gabbard spoke in a press conference and announced to the stunned reporters in the room and the shocked nation that she had decided to refer the former president to the DOJ. That came when she was asked, “Are you referring former President Obama to the DOJ for criminal implications?”
Replying, Gabbard said, “Correct.” Continuing, she noted that Obama appeared to be directly responsible for the fraudulent investigation that did so much to baselessly damage the first Trump Administration. In fact, she alleged that there is much evidence confirming that points directly to the former president’s culpability.
She said, explaining as much to the room while justifying the criminal referral, “The evidence we’ve found and released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment [of Trump-Russia]. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact.”

Also during the press event, Tulsi roasted Hillary Clinton by revealing what internal documents discovered as part of the investigation into the Obama scandals show, noting that internal DNC emails revealed Hillary having a litany of anger-related and emotional problems that allegedly required using tranquilizers to calm her.
Revealing that very embarrassing (to Hillary Clinton) discovered information to the already shocked room, the DNI said, “DNC emails that detail evidence of Hillary’s ‘psycho-emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness,’ and … a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.” Watch her here:
