Speaking during what turned out to be an extremely funny interview from his Mar-a-Lago estate on Thursday, August 8, former President Donald Trump hilariously sounded off on Vice President Kamala Harris and said that he has agreed to do three different presidential debates on three different television networks in September of this year.
Regarding the debates, former President Trump said that he has agreed to do a debate with Vice President Harris on September 4 with Fox News Channel. He also said that he has agreed to do a debate less than a week later with her on ABC on September 10, and then over two weeks later on September 25 with NBC.
He said that the NBC debate is “a fairly full agreement, subject to them.” That would make sense, as VP Harris has said that she has only agreed to do one presidential debate with him, which would likely be that one, as opposed to the earlier debates, including the FNC one, that he said he agreed to.
Continuing, former President Trump said that he has confirmed all the details with the network executives for the three debates, so if Kamala agrees to the debates, all of that has been settled with the television networks. “We have spoken to the heads of the networks and it’s all been confirmed other than some fairly minor details,” Trump said.
That’s when he got to noting that VP Harris and her campaign have not yet agreed to do the debate with the networks as he described them, and that she might not end up agreeing to them, though she has apparently agreed to do one of them. He said, “The other side has to agree to the terms. They may or may not agree. I don’t know.”
Trump then turned to roasting Vice President Harris. Doing so, he described her as barely competent and unable to do interviews, saying, “She hasn’t done an interview. She can’t do an interview. She’s barely competent. She can’t do an interview, but I look forward to the debates because we have to set the record straight.”

Trump has also said that he sees the presidential nomination as having been unfairly taken from President Joe Biden, as the primary election went his way, and it was only after it that the nomination was given to Harris. He said that “The presidency was taken away” from President Joe further arguing, “He had the right to run, and they took it away.”
He also said that this was an “incredible” reversal of the primary process, saying, “What they’ve done is pretty incredible.” He added, “You would’ve thought they would’ve gone out to a vote, they would’ve had a primary system, they would’ve done something, but to just take it away from him like he was a child. … He had 14 million votes. [Harris] had no votes.”
Trump also said, in a video from the presser posted to Truth Social, that, in the caption, “The fact that you can get no votes (like Kamala), lose in the primary system, and you can then be picked to run for president—seems to be unconstitutional.” Watch that here:
