    WATCH: Trump Scores Big Step Forward as SCOTUS Agrees to Hear Case Banning Birthright Citizenship

    In some absolutely massive news that could signal momentous change for America, and will, in any case, provide some much-needed clarity on a matter the Trump Administration is trying to fix, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a case regarding the Trump Administration’s decision to ban birthright citizenship via executive order.

    As background, the day he was inaugurated, President Trump issued Executive Order (EO) 14160. In it, he denied citizenship to those persons who are born from a mother who was present in the United States unlawfully if the father was not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (LPR) at the time of said person’s birth. Birthright citizenship is also denied, under the order to those whose mother’s presence in the US at the time of birth was lawful but temporary.

    Now, the Supreme Court is taking the case up, as Joan Biskupic, CNN’s Chief Supreme Court analyst, said when she appeared on Brianna Keilar’s CNN program on the afternoon of Friday, December 5. saying, “The Supreme Court, just this minute, Brianna, announced it’s going to take up a challenge to President Trump’s order lifting birthright citizenship.”

    Continuing, she angrily recounted the tale of the executive order, saying, “You might remember, on January 20, his first day in office, he took his Sharpie pen, and he said, ‘This is a big one,’ and what he did was he tried to eliminate the automatic birthright citizenship that all Americans have had for more than a century.”

    She added, “And what that does [is] it goes to the 14th Amendment of the Constitution that says all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States. That means that anyone who is born here, Brianna, automatically becomes a US citizen.”

    Then, noting what the EO being challenged does, she provided, “And what Donald Trump’s executive order tried to do was say anyone who was born of someone who was not here lawfully, or who was here on some sort of temporary status, that person’s baby would not automatically be a citizen.”

    So, the matter is now in the hands of the Supreme Court, which will determine if the EO is lawful or not. Watch Biskupic and Keilar here:

    President Trump, posting about the birthright citizenship matter previously, said, “Birthright citizenship was not meant for people taking vacations to become permanent Citizens of the United States of America, and bringing their families with them, all the time laughing at the ‘SUCKERS’ that we are!”

    Continuing, he noted that the policy is absurd and atypical, writing, “The United States of America is the only Country in the World that does this, for what reason, nobody knows — But the drug cartels love it! We are, for the sake of being politically correct, a STUPID Country but, in actuality, this is the exact opposite of being politically correct, and it is yet another point that leads to the dysfunction of America.”

    Then, noting what the matter is supposed to be about, he said, “Birthright Citizenship is about the babies of slaves. As conclusive proof, the Civil War ended in 1865, the Bill went to Congress less than a year later, in 1866, and was passed shortly after that. It had nothing to do with Illegal Immigration for people wanting to SCAM our Country, from all parts of the World, which they have done for many years. It had to do with Civil War results, and the babies of slaves who our politicians felt, correctly, needed protection. Please explain this to the Supreme Court of the United States. Again, remember, the Civil War ended in 1865, and the Bill goes to Congress in 1866 — We didn’t have people pouring into our Country from all over South America, and the rest of the World. It wasn’t even a subject. What we had were the BABIES OF SLAVES. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Good luck with this very important case. GOD BLESS THE U.S.A.!”
