Speaking in the White House about Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), President Donald Trump went absolutely scorched earth on her, declaring that she needs to be “thrown out” of the United States for her views, echoing comments that many other conservatives and MAGA Americans have made about the far left, radical representative.
As background, the president’s comments came alongside revelations of massive fraud in Minnesota that has been committed primarily by Somali migrants in the state. Scandals surrounding SBA loans, daycares funded by taxpayers in the state, a program called “Feeding our Future” that was supposed to provide free meals to needy kids, have exploded into the national news and shown that nearly unimaginable amounts of fraud have occurred.
But still, leftists in the state have stood by the Somali community. Such is what a reporter reminded President Trump of during a press event, saying, “The mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, has saying that he’s actually proud to have the largest Somali community in the country and his police chief…”
President Trump, chiming in with a joke, said, “Well, his police chief is also the largest Somalian.” Continuing, he pointed to the disastrous state of conditions inside of Somalia as evidence of why we don’t need more migrants, saying, “Look at their nation. Look how bad their nation. It’s not even a nation, it’s just people walking around killing each other.”
Adding to that, he noted that Somalis in the United States have stolen billions upon billions of dollars from American taxpayers, an utter scandal that needs to be redressed, saying, “Look, these Somalians have taken billions of dollars out of our country. They’ve taken billions and billions of dollars.”
That’s when he got to the line about Ilhan Omar, noting the accusations regarding her immigration fraud and saying that she should be “thrown out” of America. He snapped, “They have a representative, Ilhan Omar, who they say, married her brother. It’s a fraud. She tries to deny it now, but you can’t really deny it because, you know, just happened. She shouldn’t be allowed to be a congresswoman, and I’m sure people are looking at that, and she should be thrown the hell out of our country.”
Then, turning from her to other political figures in Minnesota, Trump said, “And most of those people, they have destroyed Minnesota. Okay, Minnesota, you have an incompetent governor. You have a crooked governor. He’s crooked as hell, but he’s incompetent. Waltz is he should be ashamed that beautiful land, that beautiful state. It’s a hellhole right now, and the Somalians should be out of here.”

Adding to that by noting that Omar and others just endlessly complain despite their home country being hellish, he said, “They’ve destroyed our country, and all they do is complain, complain, complain. You have her. She’s always talking about the constitution provides me with, go back to your own country and figure out your constitution. All she does is complain about this country. And without this country, she would not be in very good shape. She probably wouldn’t be alive right now. So Somalia is considered by many to be the worst country on earth.”
Continuing to comment on how terrible things are in Somalia, the president joked about not wanting to visit there, saying, “I don’t know. I haven’t been there. I won’t be there anytime soon, I hope. But what Somalia, what the Somalian people, have done to Minnesota, is is not even believable. It’s not even believable.”
Concluding, he said, “And a lot of it starts with the governor. A lot of it starts with Barack, Hussein, Obama, because that’s when people started coming in, and you have to have people come in that are going to love our country, cherish our country. They want to kiss our country, good night. They talk about our country. We want them to pray for our country. This is not the people living in Minnesota, and she’s a disaster. She should not be and a friend shouldn’t be allowed. Frankly, they shouldn’t even be allowed to be congresspeople. Okay, they shouldn’t even be allowed to be congresspeople because they don’t represent the interests of our country.”
