In a blistering storm of condemnation, President Trump called for Fulton County DA Fani Willis to face prison time for her sketchy actions. Recently, a judge ruled that Willis must provide additional evidence in an ongoing case concerning her alleged unfair treatment of President Trump, signaling that the walls may be closing in on the longtime Trump critic.

For context, judicial experts have not only pointed to improper cooperation between Fani Willis’ team and federal prosecutors, led by the infamous Jack Smith, which was allegedly covered up, but also alleged that there are many more issues with her actions. While the case is still ongoing, this decision was rightfully recognized by the president as a significant blow to the woke prosecutor.

In any case, he began his comments by blasting Willis and her professional relationships. He stated, “It’s great. The court just ruled that she is a disaster. She’s a disaster with a boyfriend, the boyfriend that she paid a billion dollars for his expertise, but he never did it before.”

Giving the controversy official a piece of his mind, Trump added, “Now she should be prosecuted. She was a what she did to people, forget about me, what Fannie Willis did to innocent people, patriots that love our country, what she did to them by indicting them and destroying them. She should be put in jail. She’s a criminal. Fannie Willis is a criminal, guys.”

As we reported, Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, shone a spotlight on the shady Fulton County prosecutor. He explained, “The lawsuit is about any collusion and collaboration with Congress and the Justice Department, Jack Smith, and we haven’t seen the documents, but they show that there has been because their very existence shows that they were talking to them.”

Turning his attention to the high-profile Democrats behind the initial investigation, which targeted Trump, Fitton stated,  “Look, if Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff are running this investigation, you can be darn sure it’s not credible.”

The losses are starting to pile up for Willis after her failed crusade against Trump. Additionally, another judge commanded Fulton County DA Fani Willis to pay over $54,000 in attorney fees and expenses to Ashleigh Merchant, representing Trump aide Michael Roman, for violating the Georgia Open Records Act (ORA). The ruling requires Willis to release the requested public records and pay $54,103.23 in legal costs.

The court ruling explained how, “Defendants have never asserted that the records sought were not public or were exempted in some manner from ORA. Therefore, the only remaining issue for the evidentiary hearing was to determine whether Defendants had substantially complied with the obligations of the ORA.”

Offering another example of how the law was violated, the judges noted, “In response to some of Plaintiffs open records requests, Defendants acknowledged their receipt of the requests, but there is no dispute Defendants did not advise Plaintiff affirmatively within three business days (for any of Plaintiffs ORA requests) whether any records would be made available. Thus, Defendants failed to comply with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70(f) and violated the ORA.”

Concluding the document with an epic rebuke of Willis, the court wrote, “Further, based on the evidence offered at the hearing and the record as a whole, Defendants’ failure to comply was not substantially justified, and Plaintiff is entitled to attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-73(b).”
