Speaking during the absolutely wild Wednesday, November 6 broadcast of ABC’s “The View,” co-host Sunny Hostin went berserk and lost it on the “uneducated white women” in America who helped elect former President Donald Trump on November 5, making him America’s President-Elect.
Particularly, Hostin, screeching about those voters, declared that racism was responsible for the re-election of Trump and that she was “profoundly disturbed” to see that Americans decided to reject the Vice President Kamala Harris-Governor Tim Walz ticket in the 2024 election.
Continuing with the lengthy tirade, Hostin went on to declare to those listening that the re-election of Trump doesn’t just mean that America is racist, but also that her daughter will grow up with “less rights” than her. Further, Hostin claimed, bizarrely, that she will have “less civil rights” than her father.
Beginning her tiresome tirade about Trump’s victory, Hostin snapped about the state of resentment in America and what the 2024 shows about that factor. She said, “I think [Trump’s victory] had nothing to do with policy, I think this was a referendum on cultural resentment in this country.”
Then, attacking “uneducated white women” for voting as they did, Hostin said, “Black women tried to save this country again, last night… what we do not have is white women, who voted about 52 percent for Donald Trump — uneducated white women is my understanding. You have Latino men actually, voting more for him.”
Continuing, Hostin, who was dressed in funeral black, asked Rick Klein, ABC political news director, “So why do you think uneducated white women voting against their reproductive health freedoms, and why do you think Latino men voted in favor of someone who is going to deport a majority of his community.”
Hostin’s co-host, Alyssa Farah Griffin, who was also dressed in funeral attire, snapped back at Hostin that her derogatory language about white women probably wasn’t taken kindly by the demographic she was denigrating. Griffin said, “I don’t think white women like being called uneducated white women.”

Commenting on what Hostin said in a post on X (formerly Twitter), Fox News Channel personality John Roberts wrote, “Democratic TV hosts today still talking about “uneducated white women” voting Republican. If last night’s election proved anything, it’s the more you put people in a derogatory box, the more they push back against you.”
Similarly, Nicholas Fondacaro of NewsBusters and the Media Research Center wrote, “While Sunny Hostin is now busy blaming “uneducated white women” for Kamala’s loss, she helped put one of the final nails in the coffin with this simple question that inadvertently crippled her campaign.”
On much the same note, Billy Binion of the libertarian magazine Reason wrote, “This clip, in which Sunny Hostin blames “uneducated white women” for costing Harris a win, is just insulting. A lot of Dems willfully refuse to accept that people are more complicated than their race & sex. It’s extremely entitled, and it makes us dumber.”
