WATCH: Stephen Miller Claims the Democratic Party is Controlling Its Politicians Through Blackmail

Speaking with Fox News Channel’s Jesse Watters, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, widely regarded as the architect of the administration’s effort to take down the illegal immigration threat and problem, alleged that Democrats use a “blackmail file” to control all of their politicians and break it out to get problem children like Swalwell out of the way.

As background, Eric Swalwell resigned in utter disgrace after a number of scandals broke. For one, he was revealed to have spent immense sums of campaign cash on potentially legally impermissible line items, such as childcare not connected to his campaign. More importantly, he was alleged to have sexually assaulted numerous women.

In his resignation announcement, Swalwell said, “I am suspending my campaign for Governor. To my family, staff, friends, and supporters, I am deeply sorry for mistakes in judgment I’ve made in my past. I will fight the serious, false allegations that have been made — but that’s my fight, not a campaign’s.”

Mr. Miller’s commentary on what the Democrats are up to and how they try to control their politicians came when Watters asked him how President Trump is reacting to the general situation. He asked, “We have you here. Has the President said anything about Swalwell? I don’t know if he said anything. Has he been following that?”

Miller facetiously responded, “Why has he had a bad week, Jesse?” Watters played into the joke, laughing and pretending he hadn’t been watching Swalwell be tossed from office as accusations of corruption and assault mount, saying, “I haven’t been watching you might be busy with bigger matters.”

Miller then took the time to dismantle Swalwell and note how terrible he is before launching into his commentary on the blackmail matter, saying, “Couldn’t have happened to a better person. But look, here’s the most important thing, if we have 10 seconds on this, and I’m sure you would agree with this. The most important part about this story, and look, Swalwell is a scumbag. He is a terrible person, the worst of the worst, the lowest of the low, the most dishonest and the most dishonest.”

Dropping that massive claim about what is going on and what this story shows, Miller then said, pushing the message about the blackmail problem and how Swalwell’s immediate fall from grace shows how it works and happens, “But the real story here is how the Democrat Party controls its members through blackmail.”

Explaining what he meant by that and how it works, Miller argued that the Democratic Party builds what he referred to as “blackmail files” for all of its members, and then uses those files to pressure them into acting how it wants. He said, “It’s got a blackmail file on all of its politicians, and it uses them to leverage and control them until it’s time to release it.”

Emphasizing just how awful what they are up to is, and how amoral they generally are, Miller argued, “That is how sick and twisted the Democrat Party is. That’s the next threat.” Then, concluding, he said, “We’ve got to pull that here. Jesse.” Watters signed off, “All right. It’s a dangerous business. We’ll see how it shakes out.”
