Stephen Miller and the Trump Administration are done with woke district court judges doing everything possible, legal and illegal alike, to hold up their agenda, and are now vowing major action in response to a rogue district court judge in Boston defying the Supreme Court to try and block the Trump Administration’s deportation agenda.
As background, the judge involved is Massachusetts U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy, who Senate Democrats rammed into the judiciary in December, shortly before Trump took over. He is currently defying a 6-3 Supreme Court ruling allowing the Trump Administration to deport illegals to “third countries” without hearings, greatly speeding the deportation process.
Miller, appearing on Fox News and sounding off on Judge Murphy on the night of Monday, June 23, cheered the Supreme Court’s ruling on the matter and vowed “fireworks” as the administration takes harsh action against the woke, rogue judge involved in the judicial coup against the Trump administration.
Beginning, Mr. Miller explained why the SCOTUS ruling that Judge Murphy is trying to avoid abiding by is such a big deal, saying, “Yes, this is a incredible victory. The Supreme Court win. It allows President Trump, as the law has long said, but the courts have blocked, it allows President Trump to send illegal aliens convicted of rape, murder, homicide, assault, battery, crimes against children, to any country around the world that is willing to accept them.”
Continuing, Miller explained some of the countries involved in the process as the third countries to which illegals might be deported, saying, “So whether that be South Sudan, or whether it be Somalia or whether it be Ethiopia, any country in the world that is willing to accept these monsters, we can get them out of our country and be free of them forever.”
Concluding, Miller said that there would be “fireworks” as the Trump Administration strikes back against the woke judge, saying, “The only thing I have to share tonight, Sean, in a little bit of breaking news, is that the district court judge in Boston has said he’s going to defy the Supreme Court’s ruling. So expect fireworks tomorrow when we hold this judge accountable for refusing to obey the Supreme Court.”

Miller said much the same thing in a post on X, writing that what Judge Murphy is doing is engaging in a communist coup against the Trump Administration and the American people, writing, “A Boston judge openly defying and nullifying a Supreme Court order is a radical escalation of the communist coup taking place within the judiciary.”
That post from Miller came in response to a post from Julie Kelly, who explained that the issue of Democrat judges ignoring SCOTUS when convenient is a long-lurking problem for the Trump Administration and America. She said, “I’ve said repeatedly these Democrat judges don’t care what higher courts including SCOTUS say. They will advance their radical anti Trump crusade come hell or high water. Murphy was recommended by Liz Warren and Ed Markey, appointed by Biden. He DGAF what SCOTUS decides.”
Kelly added, “Maybe John Roberts will start to realize the mess he’s made particularly in deportation cases. Murphy was confirmed after Trump won. He’s a lightweight but an effective activist. The big question now—what will SCOTUS do in Alien Enemies Act litigation after such egregious involvement?”
