WATCH: RFK Jr Wrecks Democrat Rep by Exposing His Big Pharma Payoff Live on TV

In an explosive argument with Representative Frank Pallone (D-NJ), Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s Health and Human Services Secretary, demolished the Democrat by exposing his ties to big pharma. Initially questioning RFK’s recent reforms to his agency, the Democrat was reduced to a sputtering rage after RFK publicly embarrassed him.

As background, despite initially running against Trump as an independent candidate for president, eventually RFK endorsed the Republican during the 2024 election. After Trump assumed office, Kennedy was granted a position in Trump’s cabinet, where he became famous for his passion to “Make America Healthy Again” and for removing endemic corruption in the healthcare industry.

In any case, during a June 24, 2025, House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee Hearing, Pallone attempted to criticize RFK before the HHS Secretary turned the tables on him. The dishonest Democrat began, “You have made a number of major decisions about vaccines, and you know again, there’s been no public comment process or public accountability on that either. What are you afraid of?”

Still not done smearing RFK, the New Jersey Dem continued, “I mean, with regard to vaccines, are you just afraid of receiving public comments on proposals, or you just think these are fringe views that are contrary to the views of most scientists and you’re and that the public comments will reflect this. You say you want transparency, but there’s been no public process for any of this.”

Confidently firing back, RFK answered, “We have a public process for regulating vaccines called the ZIP committee, and it’s a public meeting that will be filed…I fired people who had conflicts with the pharmaceutical industry.”

Still trying to entrap the HHS official, Pallone theatrically gestured to the room, saying, “Look, I can’t. The bottom line is here: we have no transparency. We have no response, you feel no responsibility to Congress whatsoever, and you just continue this ideology.”

Continuing his melodramatic rant, the Democrat said,”[You’re] anti-science, anti-vaccine. That’s all I see. I see nothing else. And I don’t think I’ll ever get a response. And so I’m going to have the gentleman yield my time.”

At this point, RFK went on the offensive and completely demolished the entitled representative. Launching his attack, he said, ” Mr. Chairman, if I can take a minute just to respond to something that Congressman Malone said…Congressman Bellone, 15 years ago, you and I met. You were, at that time, a champion of people who had suffered injuries from vaccines.”

Building on this point, Kennedy stated, “You were very adamant about it. You were the leading member of Congress on that issue. Since then, you’ve accepted $2 million from pharmaceutical companies in contributions, more than any other member of this committee, and your enthusiasm for supporting the old ACIP Committee, which was completely rife and pervasive with pharmaceutical conflicts.”

After a brief moment of chaos, Rep. Diana DeGette (D-CO) attempted to regain control of the situation, interjecting, “The secretary implied that Mr. Pallone would not fight for Vaccine Victims because he took money from the pharmaceutical industry. You know, again, needs to take back those words.”
