WATCH: Report Reveals How JD Vance’s Anti-Fraud Task Force Is Blitzing Into Crackdown on Trillions of Dollars of Reckless Federal Spending in Historic Oversight Effort

On Fox News, a reporter revealed that Vice President JD Vance’s Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, launched via executive order on March 16, 2026, is prioritizing “high-speed, low-verification” federal welfare programs with historically weak oversight.

The task force held its first inter-agency meeting on March 27. Fox emphasized that Americans fund these programs on social trust; unchecked fraud risks eroding national cohesion. Already, the task force has suspended over 221 suspicious California hospice and home health providers since March 25, exposing millions in fraud and aiding a $50M+ LA healthcare bust

In any case, a Fox News reporter broke down the situation. “I have it here, which was shared exclusively with us. They plan to focus on what they call high-speed, low-verification programs,” the reporter announced in the breaking report.

Building on this point, the anchor added, “You’re looking at the full list of the programs right now that Trump is focusing on. It includes Medicare and Medicaid, which spend $2 trillion a year. They’re also looking into the Department of Labor’s unemployment insurance, which is $43 billion with a ‘B.”

Still not done, the report noted, “Yesterday, the task force hosted its first meeting.
Americans have spent trillions of their tax dollars on social welfare programs to help their neighbors and fellow citizens through hard times.”

“They have done so on the basis of social trust, the belief that their government, state and federal, will do the right things with their dollars. If we fail to address it, the fabric of our nation will swiftly unravel,” the Fox News reporter concluded.

Explaining the situation, a viral post read, “🚨 HOLY SMOKES. JD Vance’s anti-fraud task force is NOT holding back; they are now investigating the most expensive welfare programs with minimal fraud enforcement.”

The post added, “$2 TRILLION: Medicare, Medicaid $101B: SNAP $100B: SBA loans $64B: Public housing $43.5B: Unemployment insurance $16B: Needy Families LFG! We needed this🔥,” mirroring the thoughts of many conservatives.

Already, Vice President JD Vance’s Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, launched March 16, 2026, has suspended over 221 suspicious hospice and home health providers in California since March 25, uncovering millions in fraud.

“In just the last week, the Vice President’s task force to eliminate fraud has uncovered hundreds of fraudulently-run healthcare and hospice centers and exposed fraudsters who have ripped off American taxpayers to the tune of millions of dollars,” a spokesperson for the Vice President explained.

The same source added, “This is exactly what the Task Force was created to do. We are thankful for all of the agencies’ efforts to enforce our whole-of-government approach to root out fraud and look forward to all the more that we’ll uncover.”

Vance himself said, “A lot of the anti-fraud protections that existed in our government for a very long time were actually turned off by the Biden administration. So we think fraud has been a problem for a long time. It became a massive, massive problem under the Biden administration.”
