A new video posted by conservative social media account Libs of TikTok is going viral for featuring Florida Democratic congressional candidate Mark Davis yelling like an insane person at his Republican neighbor as she walks the block with her baby. The video currently has 559.5K views, 679 comments, and 18K likes, along with being bookmarked 818 times.
The footage shows a woman walking down the sidewalk in a nice neighborhood with her baby. She walks off the screen of what appears to be a doorbell camera. A few seconds later, Davis pulls into his driveway, having passed the woman and child, where he revs the engine obnoxiously for several seconds before getting out of the car.
He walks around the back of the vehicle toward the sidewalk. He can then be heard screaming, “You want to say that on camera?” After repeating the line several times, the woman can be heard yelling back, “You took a picture of my child that time.” Apparently, at some point in time, Davis had snapped a photo of the woman’s child and she was rightfully upset about it.
Several times the woman, who is off camera, refers to Davis as a pervert for snapping pictures of the baby. “You f***ing screamed. You want to say that on camera? You worship a pedophile,” Davis responded. “Don’t vote for a pedophile. Don’t vote for a pedophile.” He repeated the phrase, which has no grounds in reality. The allegation in question comes from the Epstein files, where someone accused President Donald Trump of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Even left-leaning news outlets have chastised individuals for pushing something without any proof. This isn’t the first time that Davis has been involved in a controversy for erratic behavior. In July 2026, Davis was arrested and accused of being involved with arrests that pertain to obstruction of Manatee County deputies in a case involving children.
According to a report from WFLA, the incident occurred inside a house, where deputies providing assistance for Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), which had received a hotline tip expressing concern for a child’s well-being. The DCF tried to get in contact with the children several times but were unsuccessful. Law enforcement professionals served an order for an Emergency Motion to Produce Children.
While investigators were having a chat with the children inside the home, deputies said Davis pushed past them and entered the home. Deputies then took Davis into custody and charged him with obstruction without violence. After he was arrested, investigators say that they found the children were safe, noting there were no concerning conditions inside the home.

The sheriff’s office then said that Davis cooperated with detectives on the scene throughout the entire probe. The Democratic candidate was then booked into the Manatee County Jail, but was later released after posting a $500 bond. Davis’ congressional campaign put out a statement from him concerning the situation and it was full of vitriol and anger.
“I don’t really give a s— about the arrest…other than not sure why they’re picking on me instead of the pedophile that sleeps at Mar-a-Lago, but the support from the community has been fantastic. We raised over $2k just after the arrest was made public, after I posted about it. People are fed up all over the country and in district 16. Now they know they have a fighter that isn’t afraid of talking back to ‘power,'” he said.
