WATCH: Pelosi Wants GOP, Trump Family to Stage “Intervention” to Stop Trump

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi went wild in an interview on Thursday, June 13, with Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBC. During the interview, she accused Trump of being “wacky” and an “imposter,” arguing that the GOP and his family need to stage an “intervention” to keep he from running against Joe Biden again in this election cycle.

Speaking to O’Donnell, she first said that a “psychoanalysis” of those who continue supporting him is needed, with “some healthcare professionals” examining “them” to see what is going on. She said, “So if we’re going to do psychoanalysis of them, I think we have to have them in person, in front of some health care professionals.”

Continuing, she called on Trump’s family to stage an “intervention” and for the GOP to do the same, telling O’Donnell, “But I do wish there would be an intervention from his family, assuming they love him beyond the resources, assuming that they love him, that they would intervene, that the Republican Party would have an intervention.”

She then alleged that the Republican Pary has become “a cult” to Trump, who she labelled a “thug,” and that being such a cult is a “tragedy” for the GOP. She said, “They had become a cult to a thug, and that is really a tragedy for the grand old party and what they were so.”

Also during the MSNBC interview, Rep. Pelosi said that Trump is “a master of projection.” She said, “Everything he says about somebody else, whether it’s a judge in the courtroom, a witness, a juror, a member of Congress, a woman, an opponent in an election — everything he says is a projection of his own shortcomings.”

Further, she alleged that Trump’s recent meetings with GOP legislators to discuss potential Trump Administration policies was a return “to the scene of the crime,” a seeming reference to the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. She insisted, after repeatedly referencing that issue, “We cannot let this be whitewashed.”

Trump, in addition to calling for things like an end to income tax on tips for servers, has remained focused on calling out those behind the lawfare campaign against him. In a recent post on Truth Social, for example, he wrote, “Corrupt Soros backed Manhattan D.A, Alvin Bragg, at the direction of Crooked Joe Biden and his DOJ, has always known that there was NO CRIME in the Case he filed against me. He didn’t even want to bring this “Zombie Case,” but when forced to attack me for Election Interference purposes, Bragg attempted to make it look as bad as possible by “stacking the counts” – A TOTAL SCAM.”

Continuing, he wrote, “The reality is that the whole Hoax is just about Legal Expenses being paid and marked as….Legal Expenses. Instead, the Prosecutors made up 34 counts out of 11 Checks, 11 Invoices, and 12 Entries by a highly respected bookkeeper in a Ledger. Even the Invoices said, “Legal Retainer.” Why? Because that’s what it was, a payment to a then-fully accredited lawyer. Nothing illegal, no “conspiracies.” THE APPELLATE COURTS HAVE TO END THIS WITCH HUNT AGAINST A POLITICAL OPPONENT!”
