WATCH: Pelosi Makes “Earth Shaking” Comment about Biden Dropping Out of Election

More nonsense continues to shake the Democratic Party as President Biden refuses to drop out of the 2024 race despite his obvious cognitive issues, and the Democratic Party seemingly melts down into mutual infighting over whether he should be forced to stepdown or allowed to continue on and do his best effort despite his seeming senility.

Among those who dipped a toe into the infighting water was former Speaker of the House Rep. Nancy Pelosi. She, on Tuesday, July 9, appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and spoke about President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign. She said that “time is running short” on whether he will drop out or not, but that she is not pressuring him either way. Her comments were described as “Earth-shaking” because of how ambivalent about Biden they were.

Rep. Pelosi’s comments on the matter came when “Morning Joe” co-host Jonathan Lemire asked her about his position in the Democratic Party and what she thinks about the situation. Lemire asked, “So, Madam Speaker, you just went through the president’s record, but let me ask you about the current moment. Does he have your support to be the head of the Democrats?”

Rep. Pelosi, responding, said, “It’s up to the president to decide if he is going to run. We’re all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short. I think overwhelming support of the caucus — it’s not for me to say, I’m not the head of the caucus anymore — but he’s beloved, he is respected, and people want him to make that decision.”

Lemire then asked more specifically if she thinks President Biden should be the nominee in the 2024 election, particularly as he remains resolute and refuses to even consider stepping down despite his seeming cognitive issues. Lemire asked, “He has said he has made the decision. He has said firmly this week he is going to run. Do you want him to run?”

Rep. Pelosi didn’t get negative about President Biden’s re-election, but did remain shockingly ambivalent about the president and whether he should run, saying, “I want him to do whatever he decides to do. And that’s the way it is. Whatever he decides, we go with. I think it’s really important and I would hope everyone would join in.”

She added,d “Let him deal with this NATO conference. This is a very big deal. Thirty heads of — over 30 heads of state are here. He is the host of it, and that means not just hosting, it means orchestrating the discussion and setting the agenda. And he’s doing so magnificently. And I’ve said to everyone, let’s just hold off whatever you’re thinking. Either tell somebody privately, but you don’t have to put that out on the table until we see how we go this week. But I’m very proud of the president.”

Commenting on Pelosi’s comments, Punchbowl News founder Jake Sherman argued that her comments were “earth shaking” given her position in the Democratic Party and her muted response to Biden’s campaign. Sherman said, “This statement from Pelosi is earth shaking. Hardly an endorsement of Biden from congress’s most prominent Democrat.”

Rep. Pelosi also refused to comment on the matter when asked about it in the Congressional complex. Watch that here:
