In yet another example of Islamic immigration creating serious issues in our nation, citizens of the liberal suburb of East Dearborn, Michigan, such as Andrea Unger, have protested early-morning Islamic calls to prayer from mosques, which violate noise ordinances.
In addition to tensions over noise, Muslim Mayor Abdullah Hammoud refused to apologize for branding Christian pastor Ted Barham a racist over the pastor’s criticism of renaming a street after journalist Osama Siblani, whom Barham accused of promoting Hezbollah and Hamas
At a recent public hearing, Andrea Unger expressed anger at the situation. “The noise complaints have been made out and the police have made numerous visits. What is the next step?” she clearly explained.
Adding context about the controversial activist whom the muslim mayor has chosen to name a street after, Ted Barham, a Christian pastor, said that, “He’s a promoter of Hezbollah and Hamas.” Building on this point, he quoted Arab American News, which said, “He talks about how the blood of the martyrs irrigates the land of Palestine … whether we are in Michigan and whether we are in Yemen. Believe me, everyone should fight within his means. They will fight with stones, others will fight with guns, others fight with planes, drones, and rockets.”
Offering a more mild reaction, Nagi Almudhegi, a Yemeni-American engineer and mayoral candidate, distanced himself from the current administration. “The United States of America is built on the principles of freedom of speech and freedom of religion. These two principles are sacrosanct,” he said.
Concluding his comment, Almudhegi said, “If I were in Mayor Abdullah Hamoud’s spot at that time, I would not have said anything. The gentleman has a right, as an American citizen, to speak his mind. And he did it in a respectful, calm way. The mayor should have afforded him that opportunity instead of launching into that tirade.”
However, this is not the only case of Islamic cultural chauvinism in the US. As we reported, Republican Reps. Randy Fine (FL) and Keith Self (TX) introduced the “No Sharia Act” to bar Sharia enforcement in U.S. courts amid backlash against Texas’s EPIC City Muslim community.

Explaining his views, Randy Fine told The Daily Wire, “We are not going to become a Muslim nation. There are plenty out there. If you want to live under Sharia, return to where you came from, but we’re not interested in you coming here and conquering our country.”
Chiming in, Self highlighted another vital aspect. “We cannot have sets of laws. There is one in the United States. It’s called the U.S. Constitution and the state laws under states, of course, but we cannot have two different civilizations with different laws,” he said, adding that Sharia was”Not compatible with U.S. law, U.S. Constitution, and our civilization.”

Concluding his thoughts on social media, Fine said, “I just introduced the No Sharia Act, which would ensure that no U.S. court, public agency, or legal institution can ever enforce or legitimize Sharia law. You don’t get to come to this country and demand that our legal system accommodate your oppressive laws.”
