On March 12, 2026, First Lady Melania Trump hosted a Women’s History Month celebration in the White House East Room alongside President Donald Trump. She wore a classy leopard-print chenille maxi skirt from Adam Lippes paired with a Ralph Lauren cashmere crewneck sweater and black suede Christian Louboutin Pigalle Follies 120 pumps.
The Women’s History Month celebratory event at which she wore the jaw-dropping outfit highlighted women’s achievements, with Melania delivering remarks encouraging young women, entrepreneurs, and leaders to prioritize self-care, education, passion, courage, and family balance.
Photos captured the couple’s glamorous arrival and departure. The skirt designer, Adam Lippes, also created her Inauguration Day coat from the previous year. The United States has observed Women’s History Month since 1987.
Speaking at the event, First Lady Melania Trump began, “It is wonderful to see you here in the White House. See you here in the White House. So many incredible women. This afternoon. The strength of America is closely tied to the role that women play in shaping their children’s character, education, and morals.”
Building on that point about brave and transformative American women, the first lady added, “The values cultivated in our community shape the voice and vision of our next generation. A woman’s influence strengthens our democracy, capital markets, and time-tested business institutions.”
“Across the country today, women are finding unique ways to balance career ambition and family. We all know these incredible women. They dominate America’s workforce now more than ever before,” the elegantly attired, immensely graceful, and beautiful-looking First Lady pointed out.
The former model then stated, “As a visionary, I know success is not born overnight. But rather it takes the shape after a long and challenging process. I follow my passion. I listen to my instincts. And always maintain a laser focus. This is an everyday reality.”
