WATCH: MAGA Congressman Goes Nuclear on Treacherous RINO Senators for Refusing to Pass the SAVE America Act

Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) had some strong words for his colleagues in the Republican controlled Senate who have failed to  get on board with passing the SAVE America Act. The legislation is designed to provide protection for our electoral system by requiring those registering to vote to provide documented proof of their citizenship.

Along with that, the bill requires every person who goes to the polls to cast a ballot to provide photo ID in order to verify their identity, a measure that many Americans of both major political parties have expressed support for in recent weeks and months. Crane started off the video by expressing his gratitude to President Donald Trump.

“I also want to thank the president for basically blowing this week up and doing the right thing. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing that works in this town is political force, and President Trump showed it again yesterday. This is how important this issue is to him, but I think it’s important to him because of how important it is to American citizens,” Crane said during a press conference.

“It just blows my mind. This is an 80-20 issue. Democrats, Independents, and Republican voters all think that this is common sense to have to show that you’re a citizen, show an ID if you’re going to vote in our elections,” Crane continued, stressing that those who are opposing the SAVE America Act are working against the will of voters.

“This is one of our most sacred rights as American citizens to vote in our elections and choose who’s going to represent us, it just boggles my mind. If you are a dictator around the world, if you run a nation-state who is opposed to the United States and us having strong leadership, all you would have to do is slip 1020, 30, 40,000 people into this country and get them to vote in our elections, and you could easily flip a state, which could easily flip a presidential election,” the Arizona Republican explained.

“And don’t think for a second that they won’t, or that those numbers are exaggerated. We saw between 10 or 15 million people come into the country under the Biden administration. 10 to 15 million people come into the country under the Biden administration, and most voters look at these issues like these are isolated issues, but they’re not,” he added.

“This is all about one word and one word only, and it always has been, and it always will be, and that is power. That is why Democrat elected officials here in Washington D.C. are trying to oppose this, even though many of their own voters support it. And like I said, it’s an 80-20 issue. You have to show ID to buy alcohol. You have to show ID if you want to get a rental car,” Crane explained, pointing out the absurdity of any individual who doesn’t want to see voter ID become nationwide law.

“But oh no, you couldn’t possibly need to show ID to exercise your most critical right in this country, and that’s to choose who our representation is, who our leaders are. So this group, the House Freedom Caucus, is calling on the Senate to do what the American people sent us here to do, and do what we said we were going to do, and make sure that American citizens and American citizens only vote in our elections,” the congressman said.

“Quit hiding behind your archaic rules. We know you can get this done. We know there’s precedent. My good friend Chip Roy talked about the precedents. Quit hiding behind these rules. Stay in Washington, and do the work that the American people sent us here to do. And from the political side of this, why would the American people send us back as Republicans if we can’t even execute the most basic, common sense legislation in protecting our American voting system?” he told the audience.

“Why would they send us back? And Diana, she said it. She said it well. They’re more concerned with their fundraising schedules, their lunches, their dinners, and hiding behind archaic rules. We have passed this bill multiple times in the House. We are calling on the Senate to do what needs to be done, do the hard work, and at the very least, put it up for a vote and let the American people see where you, as elected representatives, you as senators, stand on this issue,” the Republican congressman said.

Crane wrapped up his speech by explaining why voter fraud is the greatest danger our nation faces if the SAVE America Act doesn’t pass. “This is so important, and I, I know there are many dangerous threats around the country, but the biggest threats to this country are right here within, and if we can’t iron out some of these common sense, very important issues like making sure American citizens only vote in our elections, this country is gone.”
