WATCH: Leavitt Exposes Democrats Pushing “Violence-Inciting Rhetoric” as Leading Dem Calls for “Fight in the Streets” Against the Trump Administration

In a hilarious press conference, WHite House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt blasted the Democrats for their hysterical reaction to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The clip of Leavitt’s epic rhetoric went viral on social media, and conservatives responded with a hilarious series of comments.

For context, Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said that the MAGA agenda is “not acceptable” and must be fought “in the streets.” He added, “That’s not acceptable. We are going to fight it legislatively. We’re going to going to fight it in the courts, and we’re going to fight it in the streets.”

In any case, Leavitt began her hilarious reaction by saying, “If you heard that type of violence inciting rhetoric from our side of the aisle, from Republican leaders on Capitol Hill, I think there would be a lot more outrage in this room today. It’s unacceptable. The comments that have been made by these Democrat leaders.”

Continuing to hammer away at the woke Democrats, she added, “And frankly, they don’t even know what they’re talking about, because President Trump was elected with a mandate from the American people to make this government more efficient.”

Concluding her remarks, she stated, “He campaigned across this country with Elon Musk, vowing that Elon was going to head up the Department of Government Efficiency. For Democrat officials to incite violence and encourage Americans to take to the streets is incredibly alarming, and they should be held accountable.”

Posting a clip of the incident, a prominent conservative took to X, formerly Twitter, on February 5, 2025. The account noted, “🚨JUST IN: Karoline Leavitt BLASTS Democrat calls to ‘Fight in the Streets’ — explains AGAIN that Elon and Trump are doing exactly what Americans voted for: She is so good at this.”

Reacting to the video, one conservative blasted the left, saying, “Democrats will KILL THE FILIBUSTER, stack the supreme court, banish voter ID, and eliminate the electoral college if they regain power. Why wait for that? Either enshrine what we want in some permanent fashion now so they can never do this, or just go ahead and do those things now while we are still in power. We have 24 months to do this. It’s going to happen anyway. Why wait?”

Building on this point, another response noted, “Yes! Make them accountable. They want to act like petulant children….we should discipline them as such. Otherwise, no accountability and no lessons learned!” Angry at the GOP for facilitating this bad behavior, one comment read, “Republicans are the party of weakness. FFS. The democratic party had declared WAR upon the American and this woman whines on with whataboutisms. What a useless weak party.”

Congratulating Leavitt for her stunning wit, a user noted, “Her response is perfect. If the other side were doing it you would not be able to turn on any outlet without hearing for arrests to be made. They all know their hammer is swinging down at full force.”
