WATCH: Kristi Noem Trolls, Shuts Down Dems for Good Regarding “Maryland Man” Allegedly Connected to MS-13

Speaking before the Senate appropriations subcommittee during a very contentious hearing on Thursday, May 8, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem sounded off on Democrat attempts to bring back the wife-beating illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia, saying that he would never be brought back.

As background, Garcia was deported alongside other accused MS-13 gangsters back in mid-March of this year, after the Trump Administration invoked the John Adams-era Alien Enemies Act as a way of speeding up deportations of illegal alien gang members in gangs labeled terrorist organizations by Trump, such as MS-13. Democrats have since melted down about Garcia’s deportation, ignoring his close connections to MS-13 and his history of being a wife-beater.

In any case, telling the senators what would be happening regarding Garcia, Secretary Noem noted that Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador, not America, and never was supposed to be or allowed to be in America, and so he won’t be coming back. She said, “Abrego Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador and should never have been in this country and will not be coming back to this country.”

Continuing, she emphasized that point, telling them in a firm way that there is no chance whatsoever that Garcia will be returned to America. She said, “There is no scenario where Abrego Garcia will be in the United States again. If he were to come back, we would immediately deport him again.”

Further, Secretary Noem explained that there is no reason to bring Garcia back, as he is connected to the terrorist group MS-13 and has a history of being abusive to his wife, telling the senators that he would be kept out of the country no matter what. “If he were to come back we would immediately deport him again because he is a terrorist, he’s a human smuggler, and he is a wife beater,” she said.

Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut, a woke Democrat who instigated that tirade by asking about Garcia, freaked out in response. Snapping at her, he said, “You have read the Supreme Court decision. Does the Supreme Court decision not require you to facilitate the return of Mr. Abrego Garcia?”

Noem told him, “The Trump Administration is complying with all court orders and judges’ orders.” That sparked another freakout from Sen. Murphy, who said, “Does the Supreme Court order require you to facilitate the return of Mr. Kilmar Abrego Garcia? Yes or no?” She told him, “Abrego Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador. It is up to the president of El Salvador to make the decision.”

Shortly afterwards, Noem told Murphy, “It has been a big topic of conversation between all of us, between the countries. When the president visited the United States of America, it was discussed and talked about there. The president has been very clear on this issue, as the Secretary of State and I have as well. Abrego Garcia is not a citizen of this country and is a dangerous individual who doesn’t belong here. “

That led to another angry tirade from Murphy, who declared, “The discussion ends when the Supreme Court rules 9-0 that you have to facilitate his release. And the fact that you can’t even acknowledge the wording of the order which commands you to facilitate his release and you advertise to this committee that you are going to willfully ignore the ruling–that is incredibly chilling for the balance of powers in a democracy that relies on the executive branch to honor decisions made by the highest court of the land.”
