WATCH: Joy Reid Launches Horrific Attack on Melania Trump, Trump’s Children

When speaking during his visit to Florida’s Alligator Alcatraz facility, President Trump said he might be open to the idea of denaturalizing and deporting naturalized citizens who don’t belong here, which set Joy Reid into a spitting fury in which she attacked First Lady Melania Trump and claimed Trump could deport her.

As background, the president said, commenting on the idea of deporting those who wrongly have birthright citizenship or are naturalized citizens but are also un-American in their views or behavior, “They’re not new to our country. They’re old to our country. Many of them were born in our country. I think we ought to get them the hell out of here, too, if you want to know the truth. So maybe that will be the next job.”

Joy Reid flipped out over that and attacked President Trump as acting like a “monarch” in wanting to deport people who don’t share America’s values. She began by claiming it would be giving “the president of the United States monarchical-like powers” to let the government deport people based on their beliefs, something which was allowed under the 1924 Immigration Act.

Continuing, she argued that it would be ridiculous and tyrannical for the president “to say, ‘I don’t like your views, I don’t like your take on issues, I don’t that you’re too liberal, you’re not conservative enough, I’m just gonna take away your naturalized citizenship.’”

She then went on her spiel against Melania Trump and claimed that the next Democrat could deport Melania, ignoring that Melania doesn’t hold or speak un-American views. She said, “well… if we ever get a Democratic president, they could say, ‘I don’t like Melania Trump. She wasn’t born here. She was born in Slovenia. She is a naturalized citizen. She’s outta here.’”

Still not done, Joy Reid then ignored that President Trump is an American citizen and attacked his children as not being real Americans because their mother wasn’t an American citizen. She said, “And by the way, Ivana Trump, the late Ivana Trump, who’s buried in the golf course in New Jersey in Donald Trump’s golf club, she wasn’t an American citizen. And three of her children are Don Jr., Eric, and Ivanka.”

Continuing, Reid then insisted that they could be deported as well, ignoring that they are citizens because their dad was a citizen, not because of the ridiculous concept of birthright citizenship. She said, “And maybe the next Democratic president says, ‘You know what? I don’t like the Trumps. And so we’re gonna denaturalize all of the Trump children, whose mother was a foreigner at the time.’”

She then added, once again attacking the much-beloved First Lady and suggesting she could be deported along with Trump’s kids, “This opens a huge door, Congresswoman, because that means that any future president can decide that they don’t like the Trumps and don’t want them here and want Melania gone. And they could just denaturalize and deport her, and she’d be outta here.”
