WATCH: Jasmine Crockett Makes More Horrible Attacks On Charlie Kirk on the Day of His Funeral

Joining other members of her party, such as Rep. Ilhan Omar, in assaulting Charlie Kirk’s memory in the days after his assassination was Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), the far-left member of Congress from Houston known for regularly making irresponsibly outrageous and incendiary comments. Doing so in a recent CNN segment, tried to frame Kirk, a moderate conservative, as a despicable and evil racist.

Rep. Crockett’s horrid commentary on the matter came when she sad down for a Sunday, September 21 interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” program with host Dana Bash. During the interview, Crockett explained why, like AOC, she had refused to vote for the resolution honoring Charlie’s memory and condemning political violence. Crockett claimed to have refused the resolution because Kirk “specifically targeted people of color,” an outright lie.

In any case, that despicable conversation began with Dana Bash, who asked Crockett why she didn’t vote for the resolution. Bash asked, “On that note, I do want to turn to something that you heard the senator just say, which is he was talking about a resolution that came before the House this past week honoring Charlie Kirk, and there were 58 Democrats who voted against it. You were one. Why?”

Responding, Crockett indicated that she thinks everyone who voted for the resolution is a racist, snapping, “Absolutely. You know what? One of the things I do want to point out that’s not been laid out, that honestly hurts my heart, is when I saw the no votes, there were only two caucasians. For the most part, the only people that voted no were people of color.”

Continuing, Rep. Crockett insisted that Kirk had “targeted” black people, declaring, with no evidence to back up her defamatory claim, “Because the rhetoric that Charlie Kirk continuously put out, there was rhetoric that specifically targeted people of color. And so it is unfortunate that even our colleagues could not see how harmful his rhetoric was, specifically to us.”

Adding to that, Crockett insisted that she would never honor someone like Kirk, saying, “I’m not honoring that kind of stuff, especially as a civil rights attorney and understanding how I got to Congress, knowing that there were people that died, people that were willing to die, that worked to make sure that voices like mine could exist in this place.”

In pushing such rhetoric, Rep. Crockett followed in the footsteps of Ilhan Omar, who similarly smeared Charlie’s memory on cable news. That far-left Congresswoman said, “But I do believe he was a reprehensible, hateful man. Like, that is my view of the words that he has said about every single identity that I belong to.”

Giving supposed examples of how Charlie was “hateful” towards her in his moderate political positions, Rep. Ilhan Omar obscenely and falsely claimed, “He didn’t believe that we should have equal access to anything. He also just didn’t even believe I could be smart enough, I could have thoughts that could be equal to a white man.”
