WATCH: Investigation Of Judge Boasberg Demanded after Evidence Emerges He Covertly Communicated with ACLU to Block Removal Of “Alien Enemy Act Subjects”

In a bombshell appearance on the Benny Show, Julie Kelly revealed shocking information about the controversial Judge James Boasberg’s decision to block Trump from removing illegal aliens with the Alien Enemies Act.

For context, Judge Boasberg is just one of the dozens of power-mad federal judges who have blocked the Trump administration from securing the border with unconstitutional judicial freezes. Boasberg prevented Trump from deporting suspected members of the violent Tren de Argua international drug cartel, creating a massive public outcry.

In any case, a prominent conservative podcaster began the clip by explaining Kelly’s assertions. He said, “It really is a judicial coup, and you’ve uncovered something that you posted about yesterday, an order filed last night Judge James Hendricks, the judge in Texas presiding over the latest alien enemies act, prompted unprecedented intervention by SCOTUS accused ACLU attorney of violating federal code of conduct rules by calling his chambers after Hendrix had denied his first emergency temporary restraining order.”

Julie Kelly explained the scandal and explained how the far-left ACLU contributed to the case. She said, “So this is the judge in northern Texas, Judge James Hendricks, Jimi Hendrix, a Trump appointee, and this is a case of two illegal Venezuelans in that jurisdiction. The ACLU filed similarly, what we’ve seen in other jurisdictions, including Washington, which is an emergency temporary restraining order prohibiting the removal of these illegal Venezuelan men under the Alien Enemies Act, which has to do with removing these illegals who are tied to TDA.”

Supporting her argument with hard evidence, the conservatives added, “So this lead attorney, Lee Gellert, I believe Gellert is how you pronounce his name. He is the lead attorney on all of these lawsuits, including in Washington. So what Judge James Hendrick said, and I noted this on the docket when I first started reporting on this case, that he did note on the docket that ex parte communications from the parties are not allowed.”

Kelly blasted the judicial irregularity by describing how the controversial judge may have violated the law. She stated, “It violates federal code of conduct for attorneys, but what he did is accuse this ACLU lawyer of misconduct, saying that he reached out to the judge directly left this voicemail, desperately trying to get this temporary restraining order that the judge was planning to deny and then turn this into a class action suit like we’ve seen, saw in Washington, DC and then in Colorado yesterday.”

Laying out the alleged corruption, she asked a rhetorical question. The courageous conservative, questioned, “So the question is, Benny, is this how Judge Boasberg was alerted to this lawsuit filed the first lawsuit filed by the ACLU at 1 am on March 15, landed somehow on judge what he said he was notified at 7:30 in the morning on March 15, a Saturday. How did that happen? Boasberg, very vague about that, but as I also posted yesterday, he has said in court transcripts, and he has said in one of his opinions, this, these vague references to being in communication with the ACLU now, apparently that is outside of the docket.”

Wrapping up her monologue, Kelly asked Congress to step in. She said, “As you know, everyone’s filing motions and responses, and the judge is setting hearings, and he’s asking for certain briefs to be filed and deadlines. But communicating directly, or having this ACLU attorney reach out to him directly. I think that that’s something I would love to see Congress don’t know where they are, and these judges don’t know where they have been.”

Concluding her remarks with a call to action, she said, “Seek any correspondence between Judge Boasberg and the same ACLU attorney on the very morning of March 15, as then Jeb Boasberg issued, in very quick order, two temporary restraining orders, banning the removal of these alien enemy act subjects.”
