WATCH: Gutfeld and Pirro Go Nuclear on Leftist Co-Host Tarlov Over Trump Crime Claims

Fox News’ “The Five” recently erupted in chaos when Jessica Tarlov got into a shouting match with her co-hosts during a discussion on legal battles former President Donald Trump faces ahead of the 2024 election.  The conversation took a contentious turn when Tarlov called out the other members at the table, suggesting they were condoning criminal behavior.

Tarlov claimed that there were “some folks here” who think it is “Ok to falsify your business records, to issue false financial statements, to commit conspiracy for insurance fraud,” speaking on the recent civil fraud case where Trump was ordered to pay an exorbitant fine.  “Where’s the fraud?” Judge Jeanine Pirro hit back, referring to the nearly $355 million fine Trump was hit with.

Tarlov responded, “You cannot have three sets of books. You can’t have the books for the bankers, so that’s Deutsche Bank, who, yeah, is happy with all this. Then you have your IRS books, and we know that you’re supposed to tell the IRS the truth. And then you have a set of books with the real numbers, I guess, which is what Allen Weisselberg had.”

Pirro shot back, pressing Tarlov on where she sourced this claim. “There were three sets of books — where do you get that from? Where do you get that from, three sets of books?” Pirro continued, “That’s part of what Engoron— “He’s a lunatic!”

The panel temporarily devolved into a shouting match before Tarlov continued listing off alleged infractions Trump had committed.  “Since Donald Trump ran the first time, he has been making this argument, ‘If they can do it to me, they can do it to you,’” Tarlov stated. “The average person is not inflating their wealth by $800 million to $2 billion. They are not sexually assaulting women, they’re not storing classified documents in the toilet, they’re not fomenting an insurrection.”

At this point in the conversation, Greg Gutfeld weighed in on the matter, stating, “Let’s focus on this case! No, no, no!” Tarlov, irritated by Gutfeld’s interjection, asserted, “You always do this!”  Gutfeld and Pirro proceeded to slam Tarlov over her claims against Donald Trump.

Gutfeld proceeded to discuss Trump’s contract negotiations. “I can say, ‘I want $100 million over the next six months!’ They’re going to laugh, laugh, laugh. But that does not mean I broke the law. That’s what you put down in a negotiation. As the judge said, it’s all transparent…There is no fraud here, which is why you’re bringing up other stuff!” he said.

Jesse Watters then chimed in with the final word, stating that Tarlov is not qualified to comment on matters related to the real estate industry.  “I was going to say, you obviously, with respect, Jessica, know nothing about real estate, real estate valuations, real estate development, or the IRS. Or getting loans from banks to develop skylines in New York City.”
