WATCH: GOP Rep Sounds Off, Alleges Epstein Files “Were Destroyed” by Biden Administration

Sounding off during a cable news appearance, Representative Tim Burchett (R-TN) alleged that the infamous Epstein client list did exist but was destroyed at some point to cover up who had been doing illegal things alongside billionaire convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Burchett’s comments came during a Wednesday, July 9 appearance on NewsNation.

As background, the Trump DOJ started a firestorm by announcing that it had examined all the files related to Jeffrey Epstein in its possession and that no one other than Epstein had been implicated in various crimes having to do with children, and that the infamous client list didn’t exist. Most conservatives distrusted the news.

Speaking about the situation, the conservative representative began by alleging that the Epstein client list had existed at one point and that it had been destroyed by the Biden Administration. He said, “I think the files existed at one time. I think they were destroying the previous administration.”

Continuing, he explained that the fact that it didn’t come out under the Biden regime likely means that Trump is innocent, as that administration surely would have leaked or released such information to harm Trump. He said, “I think if they’d ever had anything on Trump, it would have been out day one under the Biden administration.”

He then noted that there are a great many people who would be exposed by a release of information about the incident, and that he wants to see them face justice. He said, “I think there’s some very prominent people. There’s Hollywood people. I mean, I think there’s world leaders too. And would it have caused economic disruption around the globe? Maybe. But I don’t really care. I want to bury those dirtbags.”

The show’s host, Leland Vittert, then asked the congressman for some clarification, asking whether the Trump Administration is covering things up or is struggling to find the truth after the Biden Administration destroyed it. He asked, “I just want to be clear what you’re saying. Are you saying the previous administration destroyed everything or are you saying that the Trump administration is basically doing the same thing as the previous administration?”

Responding, Burchett told him that he thinks the Biden Administration was behind a massive attempt to destroy as much of the Epstein evidence as it could get away with. He said, “I think they destroyed everything.” Following up, Vitter asked him why the Attorney General wouldn’t inform the public of that, asking, “Why wouldn’t Pam Bondi say that?”

Rep. Burchett epxlained that the Attorney General seems to be struggling to deal with the fact that things are missing and something is obviously wrong, but the exact situation is unprovable. He said, “She doesn’t have any proof of it. I’m just telling you what I think. I’ve been around this town enough.”

Concluding, he added that she seems to be somewhat lost in how to deal with the situation, saying, “I think she got over her skis pretty much saying all this stuff, the files are on my desk, I’m going to release it, and then she releases stuff that I knew. I think they all got out there, got a little excited, and I don’t think they exist.”

BREAKING: republican Tim Burchett claims that Joe Biden’s administration destroyed all of the Epstein files and that Pam Bondi just doesn’t know that.

Can I ask how Pam Bondi had all the Epstein files and client list “on her desk” if Joe Biden secretly destroyed them years… pic.twitter.com/6bR6LdXlWL
