WATCH: Fox News Analyst Speaks Out with Excuse after Seemingly Coming On Air Drunk, Getting Kicked Off

After a bizarre Fox News interview, which initially aired on June 15, 2025, former defense intelligence officer Rebekah Koffler has offered an excuse for her incoherent rambling about President Donald Trump’s military parade celebrating the Army’s 250th anniversary.

For context, during her initial TV appearance, Koffler slurred her speech and misremembered the names of her longtime co-hosts, referring to Emily Compagno and Lawrence Jones as “Emily and Lucas Tomlinson.” Additionally, she effusively praised the U.S. military’s sacrifices and thanked Trump for putting “America first,” before her coworkers cut the segment short.

Starting the segment, Emily Compagno asked her co-worker a softball question, saying, “Well, guys, here with us now, former defense intel agency officer Rebekah Koffler. Rebekah, what are your thoughts tonight on the incredible symbolism and the messaging that we saw here tonight from the commander-in-chief on our Army’s 250th birthday?”

In any case, during the initial interview, Koffler went on a bizarre diatribe, where she said, “I’m so excited, Emily and Lucas Tomlinson.”  The confused journalist addressed fellow Fox News anchors Emily Compagno and Lawrence Jones, slurring her words and misidentifying the “Fox and Friends” host.

Still not slowing down, she said, “Everybody, like this is incredible! Finally, the United States is back! I want to really thank all of our Army, Navy, and Air Force officers who’ve been sacrificing their lives, literally. Their families have been contributing to the mission.”

Concluding the bizarre segment, she stated, “With our new Commander in Chief, Donald J. Trump, they are prioritizing America first. And I would like to thank these officers for all their sacrifices and the hardships their families have endured. Lawrence Jones, you’re doing….you’re rocking man!”

As we reported, Koffler was tossed off the show, and Compagno desperately thanked Koffler for coming on and, in a vain attempt to save her dignity, said, “Thank you so much, Rebekah. Thank you, and thank you for your service as well. Well, our final thoughts on this historic patriotic celebration will be when we return.”

In a tenacious attempt to mollify her bad behavior, she claimed that the bizarre speech patterns and slurred words were due to a poor internet connection, rather than chemical interference. The reporter claimed, “My interview was cut short due to intermittent internet connection at my home. ”

Before the historic parade took place, President Trump made it clear that any disruption would be met with unwavering force. He announced, “If there’s any protest once they come out, they will be met with a huge force…I haven’t even heard about a protest. But people who hate our country … they will be met with hefty force.”

Describing the planned events, he stated. “It’s going to be an amazing day. We have planes. We have all sorts of things. And I think it’s going to be great. We’re going to celebrate our country for a change…We’re going to be celebrating big on Saturday — and if there are any protester who wants to come out, they will be met with huge force.”
