Recently, former FBI Assistant Director of Intelligence Kevin Brock made an appearance on a couple of political news shows where he claimed there is “more than enough evidence” to merit a criminal investigation of Joe Biden. Brock’s comments pertain to the FD-1023 memo released recently by Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, which contains said evidence.
Sen. Grassley of Iowa published an unclassified FBI document that contains information from sources that allege Joe and Hunter Biden were involved in a bribery scheme with a Ukrainian gas company Burisma. Purportedly, this foreign company hired Hunter to gain access to Joe Biden, who they sought assistance in halting an investigation into the Burisma’s business dealings.
The former member of the FBI also appeared on “Just the News, No Noise” last week, where he spoke on Sen. Grassley’s bombshell memo. “You have enough here for a full field criminal investigation. No doubt,” he said, per the Tennessee Star. “But beyond that, we have assertions by the CHS that the CEO of Burisma, Zlochevsky… tape recorded a lot of the conversations that he had with Hunter Biden to include two conversations directly with Joe Biden. The FBI needs to know what’s on those tapes.”
Kevin Brock also discussed the bombshell report on Fox News’ “Hannity” with John Solomon, founder of “Just the News,” where similar sentiments were echoed on the topic. Conservative reporter Benny Johnson shared a clip from the segment titled, “FORMER DOJ INTEL CHIEF: Newly released FD-1023 Memo “warrants a criminal investigation of Joe Biden.”

Solomon opined that the document differed from when the Steele Dossier was first picked up. “It’s known as unverified intelligence from a reliable source and be up until the time Christopher Steele gave the crap on Donald Trump. He had been reliable. We later learned that was a bad piece of information. In this case that the FBI started to look into it,” Solomon said.
He goes on to claim that upon looking into the matter, the FBI actually discovered evidence of wrongdoing. “Let me tell you what they found. The first thing you do is is there any evidence that money change hands to the Biden family? Yes. They found millions of dollars flowing to Hunter Biden at a pace that would be consistent with a $5 million payment,” he continued.
Solomon addresses further evidence that was uncovered the Biden was “the big guy” referred to in. some of these business dealings. “Secondly, they started to look was Joe Biden ever referred to in any other documents they had as the “big guy”? Yes. They found that in the China deal. They started to look did Biden ever say that his father did something for Burisma. Yes, they found in the documents that they have in their possession going back to 2016,” he said.
The “Just the News” founder further explained that a significant trail of evidence has been uncovered that needs further investigation. Solomon hinted that more information would come to light in the upcoming weeks. He even suggested we would find out if Joe Biden ever met with Burisma officials as soon as next week.
