Tyrese Gibson, one of the “Fast and Furious” stars, appeared on BigBoyTV to promote the new movie in the series, Fast X. And, though he was just supposed to talk about the movie and try to get people interested in watching it, Gibson decided to warn the audience, once the interview turned toward religion, that Hollywood is attempting to “normalize the devil.” He then encouraged people to build a relationship with God.
Beginning, Gibson noted that he was supposed to be talking about the movie but would be talking about the devil situation instead, saying, that there’s a competition right now between people of the faith and those that are attempting to use their power and influence to normalize the most evil of beings, the devil.
Speaking on that, he said, “As much as I’m supposed to be promoting his movie and talking about my album, I just feel like we’re in competition right now. Because they are trying to normalize the devil they are trying to populate the devil is is on the main stage at award shows and in every video.”
Continuing, Gibson noted that they are working to normalize the devil with “signs and symbols,” before going on to say that people need to start to take their relationship with Jesus more seriously. Making that point, Gibson said that instead of just treating Jesus as a “little buddy” they complain to each night and instead as a dominating force in their life that they talk about and recognize as being behind their getting through difficult situations.
Making those points, Gibson said, “you have signs and symbols, and I say you know what, we need to stop treating our relationship with Jesus, like the little buddy that you talk to before you go to bed at night and not be more vocal about all the things that God means to us and all of the things that God has brought us through because there’s been a lot of moments that you didn’t post about but yet you know ‘how did God decide to get me through this?'”
He then returned to highlighting that people are trying to promote the devil and that it angers him how open people are in their devil worship, as people who used to worship evil incarnate did so in secret whereas now they are open about what they’re doing.
In that end to his discussion of the devil worship in Hollywood and how people should think about faith, he said, “And yeah, they going above and beyond to promote the devil and his piss me off because they use the devil worshippers used to be real secretive, going down in the basement, this NAT agent on the device two years later, I do want to come back and I want to talk to you about fast 10 as well.”
