An epic video has circulated across social media showing boxing legend Mike Tyson expressing his support for former President Donald Trump during a podcast appearance. In an intimidating manner, Tyson voiced that he would be supporting Trump and that there wasn’t anything anybody could do to stop that, despite the intense backlash against the former president from the left.
In the video, Tyson says, “If I’m voting for Trump, so what’s somebody gonna do about it?” One of the hosts on the show replied, “I don’t think anybody… I mean I’m gonna disagree with you.” Tyson fired back fearlessly, “So what? What are you gonna do?” The video cut to vintage footage of Tyson as a formidable fighter in the ring. As Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” played over the video, clips of Tyson knocking his opponents out with ease could be seen.
The American Tribune previously reported on Mike Tyson’s affinity toward former President Trump after the fighter recounted a dinner he had with him during a podcast appearance with Patrick Bet David. Sharing his experience with the Trump family, Tyson described Barron Trump as extremely intelligent while calling Donald Trump “the man.”
Bet David asked Tyson about his relationship with Trump, questioning, “How has he been to you over the years?” Tyson, only having positive things to say, responded, “I never had a bad moment with him.” Bet David, appearing surprised with Tyson’s experience with the former president, followed up, “You never had a bad moment with him?” Tyson doubled down, stating, “No, no.” He continued, “Became very…profited from him. It was just, great relationship. And it was just off the hook.” Speaking about Trump’s youngest son, he added, “Barron is so smart… This kid is on top of his game, intellectually, at 17 years old.”
Bet David asked, “When did you guys…,” before Tyson interjected, saying, “I just had dinner with him a week ago.” The host further questioned Tyson, “Where were you guys, in Mar-a-Lago?” Tyson confirmed, “Yeah, in Mar-a-Lago.” Bet David further questioned, “How was that?” Tyson noted, “It was awesome. Me, him, Barron, and his mother [Melania]. And it was just off the hook. Barron is so smart. The young kid…he’s 6′ 8″. This guy is on top of his game, intellectually, that is, at 17 years old.”
