During the Super Bowl, Twitter’s new owner sat with the owner of the biggest conservative media empire out there. That is, Dlon Musk sat alongside Rupert Murdoch, the chief of Fox Corp. and News Corp. at State Farm Stadium to watch Super Bowl LVII. Elisabeth Murdoch, an investor and producer, was also there.
The trio could be seen when a Fox Sports camera swung around and captured imagery of the group during the middle of the third quarter, showing them to be in a stadium sky box.
Predictably, the left lost it over the idea that the owner of, among other entities, Fox News, would be sitting with the owner of, among other entities, Twitter. Leading the panicked charge was CNN host Don Lemon, recently demoted (though he insists otherwise) to a morning talk show.
Speaking about Murdoch and Elon sitting with each other to watch the game, Lemon said that he was scared. Beginning his rant, Lemon said “you see Elon Musk and Rupert Murdoch sitting together, that gets people to wonder and for some its confirmation that to say: ‘see that’s why he shouldn’t have done the interview with Fox, they’re all in collusion, out to get Joe Biden and the liberals and the administration.’”
Then, after another host called Elon a “rebel,” Lemon got the part about being scared, saying, in reference to Elon and Murdoch sitting together, “I am actually surprised they did it. I must say, it is a little frightening.” Watch that here:

Elon, in response to a tweet asking for joke answers about what he and Murdoch were discussing, said “Dogecoin.”
