Political writer Eric V. with Twitchy recently penned a post about Minnesota Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Klobuchar, who is making headlines for completely disrespecting the American flag, which many service members throughout the 250 year history of the country have bled and died for, all to suck up to Somalis in the state of Minnesota.
Many of those in the Somali community are in the country illegally, so they aren’t legally allowed to vote, which makes Klobuchar’s efforts to woo that particular demographic more than a touch shady, according to conservatives. Eric V. notes that Minnesota should be a fairly easy state for a Democrat to win, given it hasn’t elected a Republican in over a decade.
All you have to do, the commentator pointed out, is slam Trump and avoid saying or doing anything crazy. And yet, Klobuchar is seemingly, according to the author, having a rather difficult time pulling that off. He goes on in his article to recount a recent incident involving Klobuchar waving an American flag, upside-down, in front of a Somali crowd who was enthusiastically waving Somali flags.
But, as Twitchy pointed out, the most embarrassing part came when Klobuchar puckered up and started kissing. Politicians are known for pandering in order to win votes from specific demographics, but many feel what Klobuchar did here goes far beyond what is acceptable, especially with the Minnesota fraud scandal, which is centered around Somalis running fake daycare centers to bilk taxpayer dollars from the Medicaid system, still fresh.
“It won’t, it should, but it won’t. Not that ‘Salad Comb’ Klobuchar is doing well. She came out of the primaries with a double-digit lead over Republican candidate Lisa Demuth. That lead has since been cut in half, but she still enjoys a six- or seven-point lead depending on which poll you read,” Eric V. went on to say about the incident.
The video’s caption, shared by Larry O’Connor, said, “In this video Amy Klobuchar, campaigning for Minnesota governor, speaks Somali, happily accepts an upside-down American flag, and brags about making it easier for Somalis in America to send money (much of it fraudulently acquired) to their home country.”

There were quite a few other spicy takes on X, including one that explained the reason why Democrats tend to protect acts of fraud. “Democrats protect fraud because it achieves the same goal as socialism. Theft from the American taxpayer to the rest of the world,” the user went on to say in their response to the video.
“Yes, thank you Somalis for coming to our country and defrauding our social services, then sending the money back to the country you claim to be escaping. You are exactly the kind of constituents the Democrat party feeds off,” another user wrote. Someone else ripped into Klobuchar for sucking up to the Somali community.
“Look at this pos kissing up to Somalis, grinning while an upside-down American flag waves and bragging about shipping money back to Somalia. She is disgusting. Does campaigning get any worse than this traitor?” the person commented. Another responded to the post, “This is how America becomes Somalia.”
