In a stunning revelation threatening to shake public trust in America’s electoral and social welfare systems, Antonio Gracias, CEO of Valor Equity Partners and volunteer with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), uncovered explosive evidence that millions of non-citizens possess Social Security numbers, meaning they receive benefits and the ability to vote.
This discovery, which Gracias exposed during a Fox & Friends appearance on April 2, comes in the context of DOGE’s much larger investigation into government waste and fraud and is one of the many alarming discoveries with profound implications of illegal aliens influencing elections, stealing billions in benefits, and Social Security fraud.
Visibly concerned by the corruption uncovered by the DOGE team, Gracias broke the news, saying, “Well, it made my jaw drop when I saw it… We were in Social Security, looking for fraud, waste, and abuse. And to do that, we actually looked at the enumeration system, the system by which people get numbers in America. And we found that there were just about five plus million of them that came to the country as illegals.”
Continuing, Gracias noted that DOGE, while examining voter rolls in states, discovered thousands of aliens registered to vote, and many actively cast ballots. Gracias, stressing the severity of the discovery, said, “They got through an automatic system, social security numbers, to get into our benefits systems, and we tracked that through and found that they were on the benefit programs. And just because we were curious, we then looked to see if they were on the voter rolls. And we found in a handful of cooperative states that there were 1000s of other voter rolls and that many of them had voted.”
Yet more worrisome for taxpayers, particularly retirees, Gracias exposed that DOGE uncovered even deeper layers of corruption, such as one instance where a single federal employee stole approximately 400,000 Social Security numbers, a revelation under DOJ investigation. He said, “As we looked through the programs, a particular employee sent themselves social security numbers through their email for reasons we don’t understand, but they are clearly nefarious.”
Building on that, Gracias said DOGE’s probe didn’t stop there; they identified 1.3 million non-citizens enrolled in Medicare, draining resources from a system already strained by America’s aging population. Gracias highlighted the financial toll, saying, “Yes, we actually tried to do better programs. We found them in virtually all the benefit programs. And one statistic for you is we found 1.3 million of them on Medicare.”
Gracias credited President Trump’s groundbreaking executive orders for allowing unprecedented cooperation across federal databases. He said, “None of this would have happened without President Trump. President Trump had the courage to allow us to go across databases, enabling DOGE to connect the dots that previously remained hidden behind bureaucratic walls.”

Rounding out the interview, Gracias continued to credit President Trump for allowing the groundbreaking discovery. He said, “President Trump signed an executive order. It’s never been done before where agencies could talk to each other, and databases could talk to each other. That allowed us to connect all this data to find these people across the system, across the benefit system, all the way to the voting records. Yeah, it really took a lot of courage.”
