WATCH: Cancer-Surviving, Beloved FNC Co-Host Comes Back on Air to Brilliantly Demolish NYC’s Socialist Mayoral Candidate

In a triumphant return to television, Fox News Channel personality Kat Timpf, known mainly for her role alongside Gutfeld on his eponymous show, “Gutfeld!,” blasted the socialist mayor of New York City. After taking several months off after the birth of her son and to recover from a cancer diagnosis, Timpf came back in top form with a hilarious reaction.

For context, Zohran Mamdani, a 33-year-old democratic socialist and former Queens assemblyman, successfully campaigned for the Democratic nomination for NYC mayor. Presumably the next mayor of the Big Apple, Mamdani has become infamous for his far-left policies and political extremism.

In any case, making her return to FNC, Timpf played a clip of Mamdani explaining his disastrous far-left policies. The socialist said, “Corporations don’t want to pay just a little bit more in taxes to make a better city for all of us.”

Listing out several left-wing pipe dreams, Mamdani proposed that he would prioritize, “Freezing your rent as the next mayor of New York City, fast and free buses, universal child care funded by taxes on the rich, I will create a network of city-owned grocery stores. It’s like a public option for produce. These stores will operate without a profit motive, and before you ask, I’ll pay for it by taxing the rich.”

Interjecting with a hilarious aside, Timpf joked, “Oh, so government-run grocery stores will ensure that the prices of groceries stay low? Just ask the Soviet Union how that worked out. The point is, why would anyone trust this guy on anything just because he says so?” Making another humorous comment, the quick-witted anchor quipped,  “The last time I just took a man’s word for it, I wound up pregnant.”

Continuing her epic demolition with a more serious tone, she examined the imbalances of socialist policies. Countering Mamdani’s schemes, she noted, “We understand that socialism removes incentives to compete, to innovate, to strive for achievement. Socialism is like a sport that, at best, always ends in a tie. Capitalism, on the other hand, thrives on incentives and creates opportunity. It creates wins that can benefit everyone,” concluding her remarks with a devastating conclusion, Timpf declared, “Bottom line, Mamdani would be a disaster for New York City.”

As we reported, Kat Timpf announced her cancer diagnosis in the same social media post where she welcomed the birth of her son. She stated, “Last week, I welcomed my first child into the world. About fifteen hours before I went into labor, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.”

Doing her best to assure the members of the public, she added, “Now, before you worry, my doctor says it’s Stage 0 and is confident that it almost certainly hasn’t spread. Or, as I’ve explained to the few people I’ve managed to tell about it so far: Don’t freak out. It’s just, like, a LITTLE bit of cancer.”

Concluding her announcement, the well-loved FOX personality thanked her fans for unwavering support, saying, “Thank you all for your support, laughter, and love as I embrace this wildly unexpected chapter. Here’s to resilience, to miracles in the midst of chaos, and to finding humor and hope even on the toughest days.”
