A video clip featuring Main Speaker of the House Ryan Fecteau losing his mind on a fellow Republican during a House session is being shared all across the internet, once again providing evidence for the true hatred the left seems to harbor against conservatives.
In the clip, Fecteau explodes in anger after asking how GOP Rep. David Boyer would like to cast his vote for the legislation or issue being presented as he hadn’t had the opportunity to do so. Boyer asked that in the future the House would wait for him to participate in the vote. That polite suggestion, which should be basic decorum, sent Fecteau over the edge.
The video starts with someone off camera saying, “Point of order.” Fecteau responds, “Chair would inquire as to point of order?” The voice responds, “Everybody didn’t vote.” He then goes on to have a brief conversation with someone before asking, “The Chair would inquire how the Representative from Chelsea would like to be recorded?
“Next time I would like to have the respect of waiting for me to vote,” Boyer replied. And for whatever reason, this comment sent Fecteau into a rage. “The member will defer!” The Speaker yelled, going on to ask a second time, with obvious disdain in his voice, “How would the member like to be recorded?”
“Nay,” Boyer answered. “The member will be recorded as ‘nay,'” Fecteau responded. The handling of the situation by Fecteau is one in a lengthy list of incidents in which Democrats in the Maine legislature have sacrificed procedural norms for the sake of ramming through bills that help push the left-wing agenda. Boyer simply wanted additional time to review the material covered in the bill being discussed, which is a reasonable request. But Fecteau would have none of it, desiring to jam through the legislation being debated and voted on.

Folks were not shy about sharing their true feelings about Fecteau on social media platform X. To say the speaker is not well liked would be an understatement of biblical proportions. One user said, “These Democrats have turned into tyrants!!! They can’t handle power.” Another, hilariously, wrote, “I’d be upset too if I suffered from chronic fecal incontinence.”
And the zingers didn’t end there either. A third user asked his fellow commenters, “What do you expect from an emotional woman?” Another said, “I mean…Speaker Fecteau is a whiny, misogynistic b***h. This behavior is unsurprising for a miserable p***k like himself.”
A number of others pointed out that in order to truly have change in the Maine state government, individuals on the far left such as Fecteau would need to be voted out of office, a call for Republicans to show up to the polls en masse during the next election to cast their ballots for conservative candidates. One gut-buster from a commenter essentially noted that Fecteau is a diva by writing, “He needs a SNICKERS REAL BAD!” The question to be asked here is what is in the bill that Fecteau doesn’t want Republicans to read?
