WATCH: Bill Clinton Gets Totally Called Out for Epstein Files, Slammed for Ridiculous Statement

The Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) has started releasing the Epstein files, as required by a law passed by Congress, and as a result, a number of Democratic politicians and leftist figures have been even more exposed than previously. Amongst those, former President Bill Clinton is one of the highest profile and most notorious.

During a recent broadcast of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the eponymous podcaster discussed the files with his fellow comedian Tom Segura, describing as he did so how former President Clinton had responded to being in so many of the files. The two comedians roasted Clinton for his response in epic fashion.

Clinton, for his part, had released a statement through a spokesperson that said, “The Epstein Files Transparency Act imposes a clear legal duty on the U.S. Department of Justice to produce the full and complete record the public demands and deserves. However, what the Department of Justice has released so far, and the manner in which it did so, makes one thing clear: someone or something is being protected. We do not know whom, what or why. But we do know this: We need no such protection.”

It continued, “Accordingly, we call on President Trump to direct Attorney General Bondi to immediately release any remaining materials referring to, mentioning, or containing a photograph of Bill Clinton.
This includes, without limitation, any records that may exist and are subject to disclosure under the Act (Public Law 119-38 enacted Nov. 19, 2025), including grand jury transcripts, interview notes, photographs, and findings by the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York (as referenced under oath to Congress by President Trump’s first-term Attorney General).”

Concluding, it said, “Refusal to do so will confirm the widespread suspicion the Department of Justice’s actions to date are not about transparency, but about insinuation – using selective releases to imply wrongdoing about individuals who have already been repeatedly cleared by the very same Department of Justice, over many years, under Presidents and Attorneys General of both parties.”

Rogan and Segura joked about the whole situation, and the poor behavior both from the DOJ that refused to release the files and the former president who had spent so much time with the notorious pedo, with Rogan kicking it off by saying, “They’re doing it so slowly. Like, you guys have had this stuff for a year.”

Continuing, Rogan questioned why the DOJ hasn’t just used AI to redact the victim names and then release the files as quickly as possible so that the public finally gets transparency, saying, “Doesn’t it seem like you could throw all of that into AI at this stage in the game and just redact the names of the victims and let’s go?”

Then, slamming the Clinton statement as being utterly ridiculous, Rogan said, “This is like the killer pretending to be the detective. ‘We have got to solve this crime. We do not know who!’” Segura chimed in, making the same point and saying, “This is the killer joining the search party.”

Chiming back in to skewer Clinton and joke about how Clinton is pretending to have done nothing wrong, Rogan said, “We got photos of you in a hot tub, buddy.” Rogan then added, “This means a deal was made. So if you release a press release like that, it means the call went well. You got a deal in. ‘Whew, we’re good! All we have to do is let him run for a third term.’”
